- Dress code is smart casual. Part of this tour will take place inside a church. Out of respect for the congregation hosting us, please dress appropriately and refrain from wearing flip-flops, tank tops and shorts

NYC Harlem Gospel - Welcoming greeting and easy check-in. Tour guide was friendly and engaging. Told us what to expect, paced the walk well for all on tour. Sadie (tour guide) was well versed in subject, shared informative facts. She welcomed questions and set the stage for more learning on our own. It was fun and entertaining. Church service was moving. I would go again.

Jess is magic - Not only is the story of Harlem and gospel interesting in itself, but when it is told by a Guide history teacher and master of the French language, it becomes exciting and a real good time to share.
Thanks to Jess for making us live a beautiful morning even with the rain.
The mass was also a very good time. What songs! And with such a kind and modern priest!

What a beautiful ride - A visit to Harlem followed by a gospel mass. Jesse, our guide, is passionate and passes on to us, through many anecdotes, his passion for the history of African Americans and Harlem. A very nice walk. Thanks again Jesse.

Exciting Gospel tour of Harlem! - Magnificent visit to Harlem with Kaïssa who shared with us the genesis and history of this neighborhood within the history of New York more generally. A very dynamic, cheerful, exciting visit, complete with songs that perfectly illustrated the release and history of Gospel.

Harlem with Jess! - We discovered Harlem in French with an exceptional guide named Jess! He passed on to us his love for his neighborhood but also his perfect and precise knowledge of the African-American history of Harlem and Gospel. We ended the visit with a Gospel mass. A perfect morning!

Harlem gospel tour - Walk and visit some important places in Harlem. Live gospel mass. (the sound of the instruments in the speakers hid the singers' voices a little too much). I would have preferred to attend songs performed more by adults. But the teenagers sang very well all the same.
Experience to do. Small special note for Jesse our guide, invested 200%, we see that he loves the history of Harlem. He sings, he dances, he smiles, he shares pieces of music with us over the phone to accompany his narration. In the top.
