Beyond food, our tour will take us to Washington Square Park where we will learn about its history of radical protests, the notorious hanging tree, the Washington Square Arch and walk along the same routes once tread by Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, and Amy Schumer. Great experience and food - My mom, sister and I really enjoyed the food tour of Greenwich Village. Our tour guide, Ryan, was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable about the city and the area we were touring. He was great at getting all of us to chat and have fun together while we toured. The establishments we visited were fabulous as well. Loved the Cuba restaurant as well as Montes for our sit down tastings. The pizza restaurant, Artichoke, offered us huge half slices of the Margarita pizza as well as smaller (but plenty large) portions of the artichoke pizza. I’m dreaming about that Margarita pizza…. The other stops for iced tea, coffee beans and chocolate were great as well. We definitely got plenty of food- the price of the tour felt like a great value for all that we received! We will definitely be back to NYC and plan to attend another tour with this company.
