Constructed between 1808 and 1811, it served as the first U.S. immigration station, welcoming over 8 million people to the United States from 1855 to 1890.

• SeaGlass Carousel - The tour will then pass by the SeaGlass Carousel, a fish-themed attraction symbolizing the area’s recovery after Hurricane Sandy in 2012. The carousel’s design and construction, which took nearly a decade, can be admired.
