The 9/11 Museum is such a wonderful museum and an emotional one . - The 9/11 Museum is such a wonderful museum and an emotional one . There was a bit of a queue to get in but it was worth it. The displays are heart breaking and gives you an insight to the destruction on that day and all the people that lost their lives. Its a must when in New York

Solemn - Pretty moving 3xperience. Very immersive. Really hits you in the gut. I took my 20 yo daughters and they asked lots of questions. Always heard about it but seeing it all is different. Took over 2 hours to go through. The crushed fire engine got me. Just imagining those guys went in to help and never came out.

Guided tour of world trade centre 9/11 memorial - This tour is a must if you want to know about the world trade centre and what happened on 9/11. Our tour guide was Lee, he was compassionate, caring, asked us all the time if we were ok during the tour and very informative. He deserves a payrise

Must do! - Absolutely a must see . You have to buy an admission ticket to get in , but please spend the extra $20 for an actual tour guide . Your guide is someone who is related or someone who had experienced the 911 disaster. Our guide was named Daniel. He was exceptional. Well paced , very knowledgeable. Absolutely everything I expected and more . Well done , Daniel . Well done .

Horrible - Wish I had just purchased my tickets at the 911 memorial instead of this combo through Viator. The museum was awesome. This Viator combo ticket package was terribly expensive and was not worth the extra cost for our “tour guide”. The address for tour starting location on Viator were not accurate so we did not meet at the location where our tour guide was located. The ferry cruise was nasty. It was closed in… windows and carpet dirty. Couldn’t hear what the person on the intercom was saying for the crying screaming children. Couldn’t wait for it to be over. Trust me, do NOT waste your money. Ride the free Staten Island Ferry for a view of Lady Liberty from the water.

Worst Tour Ever - Worst tour program ever. Did not receive my tickets to th 9/11 Museum or the One World Trade Observation Deck. We did receive the email with boat tour, but it was over 1.5 miles from One World Trade. Tour operator said some BS about email not going thru. We ended paying extra $$ to buy the museum tickets direct. This is borderline criminal. Do not buy this tour.
