Great Experience In NYC-Times Square - I had a great time!! Great experience, I took a lot o photos, enjoyed the 3D experience. The lighting and wax figures looks so realistic! Loved it all!!!

A Must see in New York! - This location in New York is amazing!!! There is like 3-4 floors of soo much to see. I recommend getting your tickets online to streamline your entrance. You do wait outside in the sidewalk as they let groups of people in at a time. So be aware depending on weather outside. All the staff were friendly and kind. the 4D theater was a fun experience as well and my 7 yr old loved it!! His favorite was all the superhero section which not only the wax models but the whole scenery was amazing!!

TUSSAUDS Wax Museum - To see absolutely, the characters are very realistic. Family visit to do , dozens of photos to do with your favorite stars.

You have to go. We adore - We love it! Surprised our expectations. We decided to go to the last minute museum and we loved it. It's worth going. My teenage children loved the visit. It was very fun. They loved everything at the museum. It was a very interesting visit. It's worth it!

Fun to sort of see the celebrities up close - 8 yo loved it, it was a little bit of chill time with the family, too. 4d experience was neat as well. Definitely worth it.

Nice Experience Highly Recommendation - Never before in a wax museum and was very satisfied with the quality of the works, really very very similar full of very precise details!!!!

Probably the worst - My partner loves madam tussauds and we have visited several around the world, but I must say this one is probably one of the worst !!!!!! It just seemed dull……there were no wigs or hats or costumes to wear for photo opportunities, nothing seemed to flow or seem fun, it was kind of sterile !!!! AND REALLY WHY IS TOM CRUISES PORTRAYED AS BEING 6ft TALL ?????? Everyone knows he’s only 5ft 7in, if you’re going to put famous people in there don’t pander to their egos and make it real !!! Also every one we’ve visited around the globe always has a coin press, my partner collects them, but not here !! So if you want to see oversized unrealistic wax figures then give it a go, but it was pretty expensive for 25 minutes of unrealistic entertainment.

Unjustified Treatment - I have to tell you that our experience with Madame Tussauds was not the most pleasant, as we ended up being practically kicked out of the place without any justification. When we were just a few pavilions away from finishing our tour at an early time, one of the employees (the same one who sold us the tickets) instigated us behind us with the expression “keep running” while gesturing with her hands for us to leave, when we had barely an hour and a bit in the place. When we bought the tickets we did not see at any time any information that said that there was a time limit for visits, which is not given in any museum, except the closing time. We received an extremely unpleasant treatment, and our displeasure has been such that we would not be able to recommend it to anyone, neither to family, friends, acquaintances or strangers. For this reason, I am taking the trouble to warn cybernauts around the world and future visitors that New York City has a thousand and one attractions, and that the Madame Tussauds Museum is not the only option. They were very inconsiderate to us. Despite the cost of admission, to be treated in such a vexatious manner (because we are decent, educated people with a high degree of civility) has no justification whatsoever. It was very disappointing indeed. __________________________________________________ Tengo para decirles que nuestra experiencia con Madame Tussauds no fue la mas agradable, pues terminamos siendo prácticamente echados del lugar sin ningún tipo de justificación. Cuando apenas faltaban unos cuantos pabellones para terminar nuestro recorrido en un horario temprano, una de las empleadas (la misma que nos vendió los tickets) nos instigaba detrás nuestro con la expresión “keep running” mientras gesticulaba con sus manos para que saliéramos, cuando a penas teníamos una hora y algo en el lugar. Cuando compramos los tickets no vimos en ningún momento ninguna información que dijera que había un limite de tiempo para las visitas, cosa que no se da en ningún Museo, salvo la hora de cerrar. Recibimos un trato sumamente desagradable, y nuestro disgusto ha sido tal que no seriamos capaces de recomendarlo a nadie, ni a familiares, ni a amigos, ni a conocidos ni desconocidos. Por tal razón me tomo la molestia de advertirle a los cibernautas de todo el mundo y futuros visitantes que la Ciudad de Nueva York tiene mil y una atracción, y que el Museo Madame Tussauds no es la única opción. Fueron muy desconsiderados con nosotros. A pesar del costo de entrada, recibir un trato vejatorio como ese (porque somos personas decentes y educadas y con un alto grado de civilidad) no tiene ningún tipo de justificación. Fue algo muy decepcionante en verdad.

Did not get to see - Hi I have bought three tickets for the event one of the tickets was for my mom at that place my mom’s blood pressure went down and I had to rush her out of there so two of the tickets were not use I need a refund for those how I can go about getting them refunded?
