- Tours in English depart approximately every half hour. Follow along guides are offered in Spanish, Italian, German, French and Portuguese.
- Tour content is subject to change. Access to the locker rooms, penalty box, dressing rooms and celebrity row are subject to availability. Locker rooms are not available on game days.
- Your voucher will be valid for up to one year from date of purchase.
- Your voucher must be exchanged in-person for a timed ticket.
- Tours sell out quickly during the high season (March-Sept).
- Tours run modified hours from 12:15pm-3:00pm on Knicks game days and can close early on concert days

Great tour - Great behind the scenes tour of Maddison Square Garden, well worth the booking.
You will get to go into places you normally could not experience.

Great tour option while you are in NY! - Really interesting tour of an iconic stadium. It is worth the effort to try and see if you are in New York for a few days. It was easy access for all levels of ability.

Great tour for sports fans - Went on the tour to keep the husband happy. He loved it - I thought it was just okay as I’m not as interested as he is. We were taken into the arena on various levels, had a look at the beer keg room, locker rooms. The tour lasted just under an hour. The young girl who did the tour was very knowledgeable and gave lots of information but I did feel that she was just there to do the job and showed no interest in interacting with the group between stops. It cost us $37 dollars each which is a reasonable cost.

Meh - The tour guide was really good to be honest. I’ve done many stadium tours throughout Europe, but this was just concourse and seating area. Not worth it, but this doesn’t reflect on the tour guide at all

Viator didn't have clue how this tour is conducted. - When I booked this tour several months prior to the date I scheduled it for, I had trouble accessing the online registration. I called customer service and spoke to an agent who told me I could book the time between 10:00am-noon. I choose an 11:00am tour time. Got up early the day of the tour and caught a train to the city. Walked to MSG and got there approximately 10:40am only to be told tours at MSG do not start until noon. Went across the street to Dunkin because we were told we couldn't wait in the lobby of MSG. I called Viator and spoke to a very condescending man who offered no real explanation other than to tell me it was not up to Viator to set the time of the tour if MSG has their own policies. Returned 11:45am and were told we would have to wait until 12:30pm for a tour. I have used Viator tours numerous times in the past and have never had a bad experience communicating with them. Will think long and hard about using them again.

Very disappointing - Very disappointing. You only see the arena and a lounge. I would recommend spending your money on an event at MSG instead of the guided tour.

Tour cancelled - No refund. Don't book through TripAdvisor - We showed up at Madison Square Gardens (MSG) to be told that the tour was cancelled for that day. No one from TripAdvisor informed us ahead of time. It was very difficult to get a refund from TripAdvisor (I still haven't receive one as of this writing). TripAdvisor seemed not even aware that the tour had been cancelled. My advice is don't book your tour through TripAdvisor, book directly with MSG.

Don’t do it! Terrible! - This is such a bad, terrible, horrible tour! Very, very disappointing and disorganized! Tour guide was so impersonable; it was like she wanted us to know how unimportant we were. She made her “announcements” and then walked away leaving us behind. We arrived shortly after tours were scheduled to begin to be told tours wouldn’t begin until noon. We returned before noon to find the line had already formed and we had to wait in line for close to an hour to get our tour scheduled and then waited another 45 minutes for our tour to begin. We wish we had our time and money back; it was more interesting watching the street construction people working in front of the Garden!
