Good value for money - Very nice, right on time. Ample chance to take pictures near Statue of Liberty. Today people were there almost 45 minutes before scheduled time. It’s important to be there well before time.

Amazing experience! - The staff was very knowledgeable about the history and the places we were seeing along the shore. They circle in front of the statue of liberty a couple of times, so you get plenty of time for pictures.

Sunset Liberty - Neat experience, was a little worried at first with the faded windows of the boat but once they get you out they keep circling for folks to get pictures. Do the trip closest to sunset!

The Statue of Liberty if pointing to another boat. - The employees prior to boarding the boat are extremely unfriendly, not cooperative, and will turn their back on you while you are asking a question. It’s not well run. The tour of the Statue of Liberty is OK. You don’t have a place to sit if you want to be outside to see the tour. Other boats have benches and seats on their boats. Just be aware, the boat does not look as good as the photo.

Another disappointing experience - The trip was cancelled prior to departure. Although I did receive a phone call letting me know, they still charged my credit card for the $50 tour and have not been able to get this charge cancelled. I asked why the tour was being cancelled last minute, and they said because there had been fog the prior days, but there was no fog on the day and time of the tour I had scheduled. I think the real reason was that they hadn't booked enough spots. Very unfortunate and terrible service.

Low budget means low quality - Low prices mean low quality people I guess. The ship was very low quality as well, nowhere to stand outside of you wanted.
