Amazing view of lady liberty - The lady on board was extremely informative of the history of New York. They made the ride very interactive with us and we really liked this cruise! The price was also very reasonable for my family of 7. Would definitely recommend. Enjoy the view!

Lady Liberty - We chose the afternoon slot to go and it was an hour. I would recommend the evening tours during the summer when it’s hot. It was really hot, but it was nice and we got to see beautiful sites. They serve drinks, food and have souvenirs.

Not what we were expecting - The description oversold the experience. It was crowded and there was nothing to hold on to. Would have been nice to have straps or bars like on trains. Got a great deal on some souvenir hats though!

Book a course at 10:30,... - Book a course at 10:30, ship arrived at 11:30 we sailed at 12:30, would not recommended to anyone. No compensation.

Fraudulent company - I had purchased the Groupon for 4 people for the 60 minute cruise around the Statue of Liberty and we went to the 6pm boat on 7/19/2024 and it was cancelled we were told once we got there. Didn’t give a reason why. Was told to call their number to get a refund but the number doesn’t even accept messages and no one picks up. The email came back as fraudulent. Do NOT book with this company.

Delay and No Customer Service Support - We purchased tickets for a 10:30 AM tour. The boat did not arrive until 10:52 AM. I tried to contact customer service with no success. The delay was uncomfortable as there was no shade at the doc and it also put us behind for the rest of the day as we were heading to the airport.

I don't know if the trip was good or not I'm very disappointed - The weather was bad I tried calling this company and I was unsuccessful on Friday my trip was on Saturday at 1:00 in the morning I decided to reach out to the operator as they suggested he had a voicemail that was full for two days they did not return my call money lost very upset
