- To ensure timely departure, passengers must arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. For reservations scheduled after 4 PM, please consider heavy commuter traffic and allow yourself at least 45 minutes of travel time to reach the heliport.
- Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
- A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, is required and match reservation.
- Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
- All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
- Helicopter window seats aren’t guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.
- No parking on site.

Thrilling ride, well organised - Really well organised and super friendly staff. No delays or big queues. Straight into the safety talk and out to the helicopter. Thrilling trip and saw loads from completely different angle. Loved it!

Great experience with awesome views - Awesome experience but a little uncomfortable as the seats in the back face each other and makes it tight for 2 grown men. Still enjoyed the amazing views and glad we invested the cost of the trip.

Never again - Firstly a rescheduled tour, which was out of my control On the day chosen by yourselves, it was raining, which made the whole experience horrible. So unfortunately this tour will not be recommended by either myself or my wife. Thanks

Overpriced, and rude on arrival - We were told off on arrival for "being late"(our taxi driver got lost) even though we arrived before take off time.
We were put on the next flight, and then had to sit and wait for another very, very late passenger (who's lack of underwear made her lateness ok, I presume).
The pilot and ground staff were really lovely, but we only flew up and down the Hudson, not anywhere near the Empire State or Chrysler as advertised.
And then they bombarded us with emails asking for a tip!
