NYC Helicopter Flight - Fantastic female pilot brought us on a very smooth flight around NYC. Very pleasant flight with good information on the sights and great music on board too. Very helpful and pleasant staff in the waiting area. Highly recommend.

Definitely worth it - It was a cheaper price booking with Viator. The wait time was short and the entrance was well set up to get everyone ready. It was really fun!

RIDE YOU WON’T REGRET! - FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! I would highly HIGHLY recommend this Manhattan Scenic helicopter tour! It is amazing seeing New York from up at that height! You can really soak in every inch of The Big Apple! Special shoutout to “Cutie Pie” who was so cheerful, friendly and so helpful! He carried me off the helicopter once we landed - I really felt like a fairy princess! Overall it was worth every penny and should definitely book this helicopter ride! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience 🫶🏼

Incredible trip - This helicopter trip was simply incredible! I saw everything in detail: the entire view of New York, Central Park, Manhattan, and the Statue of Liberty, and then even New Jersey. It was very impressive and exciting. I highly recommend it!

New York is worth watching from the helicopter - It’s a little expensive, but since you’re going to New York, it’s worth seeing from the helicopter just as seeing from the boat offers two perspectives of New York that you shouldn’t miss

Not impressed - It was an okay experience. It took an hour past my appointment period after I was supposed to be there 45 min early. So almost two hours for this. The helicopter was cramped. The headphone volume was too low to hear. I’d skip this in the future.

To short trip - Nice trip. Mostley nice staff. Flight should last 18-20 min but we were back on ground again after exactly 15 min. Felt really bad.

Use another company for your flight this one doesn’t look after you - The company cancelled hours before we were due to fly we had to move the time from 1pm to 5pm, this was for our daughters birthday, we had other plans which we had to cancel, it cost us hundreds of dollars we asked this company to just cover the cost difference in taxis which was $91 but this company management team refused they cost us money by doing what they did but didn't care if we had cancelled they would of kept the money anyway it is a terrible company and not recommended in the end the company they sell through decided that we shouldn't of been out of pocket due to this companies poor handling of the situation and refunded the $91 themselves, use another company this company does not care if they screw you over we have used a few helicopter tours and flights in the past and had much better service, we even had several friends going to the same area and asked who we used we have made sure they do not use this company because they will only let you down and not honour customer service values,

Extra charges - The price paid was not complete. I was charged another $40 when I arrived for the trip.
I'm sure there'll be some excuse about taxes per something similar, but there's no excuse for not just losing the correct price you front.
