NYE 2024! - We had a nice time. Boarding/check in could use some improvement.. very disorganized. But after we got on the boat the wait staff was amazing!! Music was good and the food was good and plentiful. The fireworks were amazing over the Statue of Liberty!! Was nice to have a private table just for our party. Would definitely recommend the experience for New Years Eve!!

One point is still too much...total disaster - One star is still too many As already written in other reviews, we had also stood at the pier for the New Year's Eve cruise 2024/25 in pouring rain for over 1 hour. A completely overwhelmed, unqualified team was unable to handle the boat in front of us. So that we and all other travellers stood at the pier in evening clothes in the pouring rain for over 1 hour. Then she also came up with the idea to check the tickets when boarding, after they took half an hour to dock the boat. I've rarely been as wet and frozen in my life as I am here. My shoes are ruined, our jackets took two days to dry. 1300 $ to see completely soaked, freezing at mediocre buffet strange Arabian dance performances is an absolute naughtiness.. on complaint emails is not responding. Get away from this company.

Totally overwhelmed the staff in flowing rain waited for boarding for 1 hour - Desaster… about the New Year's Eve trip with the Eternity. As requested by e-mail we were on time at just before 21:00 on Pier 16. Neither were the instruction staff nor Red Carpet on site as described by you. Only a completely overwhelming Boarding Team that was still busy with the previous ship. During this, rainfall with lightning and thunder began, the guests of Eternity waiting on site and thus also completely soaked us. Again, as one could expect for such an event, any shelters were still recognizable With a delay of about 30 minutes, the previous ship and the ship reserved for us tried to set up Eternity. This Anle Process lasted half an hour and let us suspect that the captain had not much experience, as he had to repeat the attachment maneuver several times. Meanwhile, all guests waiting on site had been completely soaked, frozen and any New Year's Eve atmosphere passed. The completely overwhelmed boarding team tried to make a check in in the flowing rain, whereupon guests and also we insisted on immediate boarding, which took another half an hour so that we could not leave until about 10:30 p.m. On top of the devastating service…On the ship we received the information, there would be no white wine, which I then turned out to be error in the evening.
