Emotions - A unique and exciting place that leaves you speechless. It comes naturally to speak in a low tone of voice. The two remaining craters are immense and the names of all the victims are engraved on the edges. The white rose on some name indicates that the day coincides with the birthday. RIP

A moving experience but you must do - It's hard to appreciate the devastation this awful event but with our tour guide Jon he explained the sad events of that day, the timeline and how the people and city have recovered. Has to be done with a guide or you could easily miss some important parts and particularly how those affected will never be forgotten. We looked at several different tours but so glad we picked this one, we ended our tour with a visit to the Observatory. Highly recommend.

a respectful look at the events of 9/11 - We appreciated the personal comments made by our guide Ray. He was respectful of the events and the places. Lots of information of which we were unaware. Kept people engaged, answered questions and moved us along to keep on schedule. Glad we did this as a tour and added the Observatory as well.

9/11 must be in our school’s history books. . . Always remember the victims and hero’s, and lessons learned from 9/11. - Our tour guide was attentive, well informed, and took time and care to walk us through the before, during and after stories of the 9/11 tragedy. We would recommend this meaningful tour to everyone. We must always remember . . .

Insightful tour - The tour as a whole was incredible, but to hear from a New Yorker who experienced it first hand was really special. Maya gave a first hand insight into how that day affected so many in NYC.
