Nice and healthy experience - Great overview of NYC’s top attractions. The tour covered many landmarks, and the guide was passionate. A bit rushed, but worth it for first-timers.

Awesome Experience Not To Be Missed! - Very well organized, top of the line e-bike, super comfortable and easy to ride, knowledgeable tour guides and office personelle, warm and friendly and very welcoming operation, felt safe and loved the itinerary and areas covered. Gorgeous views of NYC, especially riding back and forth over the Brooklyn Bridge. We all had so much fun. 👍👍👍

See New York as a local! Highly recommended. - Highly recommended. Great guide, knowledgeable and patient. You get to see the city as a local. I'd recommend keeping the bike after the tour is finished and doing a loop of Central Park.

Great New York experience - It was a very good tour that showed more of New York than just the standard attractions. In addition, we had e a super Guide, Benjamin, who could tell very well about the background and history of the places we visited in New York

Jul24 NYC bike - Ride was fun and Alex was a great guide. Downside is that it was very hot and sunny. Plus my bike seemed to have only 4 gears.

Great job for the guide, bad job for management - The guide John was great and the experience itself seeing Manhattan by bike is cool. BUT we did this tour as a family with two kids for whom it was important to have a tour in Dutch so I found this option and booked it weeks in advance. But when we came, the manager said: the tour today will be in English guys. No explanations, no apologies…just like that. Kids were disappointed not being able to understand and so were we by bad management of the very special experience which was spoiled for us.

Guide great, bikes not so much and No lunch stop - I have done bike tours in NYC before as well as in France, England, and Italy. So here’s my feedback. Alex our guide was great and very knowledgable. He spoke a bit fast but perhaps that was due to the intense heat! It was a super hot day. The bikes were only in fair condition-all of our brakes squeaked. Making all our stops a bit loud. The pouch to hold items in the front was very old, and only some bikes had an installed rack for water. The person who was to ‘fit’ us to our bikes really did not. I asked him to help as I had 2 teens with me, he said it’s personal preference, but it reaked of he just didn’t feel like it. Not white glove here by any means. There was no lunch break, which was fine, but I think people should be well alerted to this in advance. As our tour was 11-3, we thought there would be an organized perhaps brief stop. Our guide was kind and offered, but I didn’t want to suggest something that others might not be amenable to. The return the bike location cross town offers no sights to see and is an additional 10 minutes on the ride, this could be executed better. So. Alex was great. But…

Chaotic but interesting - Chaos when picking up the bikes, the tour therefore started 1 hour later than agreed, the guide was nice and had a lot to say, the tour did not quite stick to the schedule, it was stated that we would also do the Brooklyn Bridge, but it was skilfully skipped, seemed to be a different tour, had I known that, I would have discussed a different tour.. The tour itself was quite chaotic, also because it was really busy in the city. The group was actually too large (15 people). Returning bicycles was also just as chaotic. It seemed that people were not fully prepared for the crowds.
