It was a great tour if you want to see a lot in one day. - It was a fun, fast-paced day seeing many sites in New York City! Many sites were seen while riding in the tour van and some we got to stop, get out and walk to see. You don’t get a lot of time at each spot, but you do get the experience of being there and taking pictures.

Best way to see New York in a day!! - It was such a great tour!! It was our first time in New York and we got to see so much!! Our tour guide, Frank and driver, Dennis were amazing! Frank showed us all the hot spots to see! I got soo many great pictures!! We got to walk to see the Brooklyn Bridge, the 9/11 Memorial, Grand Central Station and rode the ferry to see The Statue of Liberty, the Manhattan skyline view and The Brooklyn Bridge from a distance. Frank had a special spot on the ferry for us to stand to see everything without a crowd. It was perfect! All of our stops had places to use the restroom too. Definitely book a tour with Frank! He has a ton of knowledge to share!!

Excellent way to see NYC. - Outstanding! This is the way to see New York. Small van, 10 in the tour. Very good value for your money. Martin top notch guide, Dennis confident and safe driving. Some light walking. Great local information and stories shared. One of the best tours we have taken.

Bryant and Guy are the BEST - Forget the big city bus tours…go with this locally owned and operated company. You will not be disappointed. The best value and the best time, and so much more personable than any other tour we have done. They should be #1!!!

A great way to start your NYC trip! - So glad we chose this particular tour! Our tour guide, Bryant, really made the city come alive for us. A true New Yorker, he knew the city like the back of his hand. He was cordial, funny, and informative (he even helped us plan an ‘off the beaten path’ itinerary for our NYC trip.) Thanks for making a special memory, Bryant.! 👏. P.s. we liked the bus driver too 👍.

Informative and entertaining - For the amount of time we had, we saw lots of nyc landmarks. Bryant was both informative and entertaining. Wish us old-timers could have been picked up at the cruise ship, but taxi service was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Informative and Entertaining Tour - This was an enjoyable, informative and entertaining experience. Our guide was Bryant and he was the perfect guide. As a native New Yorker, his knowledge of the city was excellent and he exuded a genuine love and passion for it. His light-hearted anecdotes and jokes brought the tour to life but he also expressed reverence, respect and genuine sorrow when we visited the 9/11 memorial. As a result of his advice and encouragement, we have adjusted our original plans to take in parts of the city which we would not have considered. A memorable and thoroughly enjoyable tour!

Wonderful Day in NYC - We have done many private tours over the years, and this was a real WINNER! Martin our guide was full of personality, fun facts and a real love for the city. There were 13 of us in a comfortable bus with a driver and Martin up front explaining the sights and history. We accomplished quite a bit in 6 hours including a ride across the river on the Staten Island Ferry. Martin was great with setting expectations and keeping our group together in the most crowded areas. His love of architecture really showed, and he was FULL of fun stories and NYC trivia. Our guide had 40 years of tour guide experience and has made lots of friends throughout the city. His love and pride for his hometown showed. Our stop for lunch was underwhelming and with all the local food choices this stop was literally a glorified deli, buffet and grocery. We ate in the basement which was dirty and grimy. Sorry NYC. There was enough rest, in between walking but at the end the Columbus Day traffic did us in! Maybe next time a little better use of WAZE or research on local street parades and markets would be helpful. But hey...it's NYC and there is no city that compares to it for heart, people and culture. We would recommend this tour and Martin made it special!

"Bit disappointing" - My friend and I booked this tour on the understanding that we were going to spend 30 minutes at the Empire State Building as well as 30 minutes at the Brooklyn Bridge, 60 minutes at the Statue of Liberty and 90 minutes at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. However, we got a distant glimpse of the Empire State Building and only 10 yards onto the Brooklyn Bridge. We passed the Statue of Liberty from the Staten Island Ferry! When we got to Staten Island we caught the next ferry back to Manhatten - a very quick turn-around. Instead of having 90 Minutes at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum we only had about 20 minutes - no Museum as it was closed that day. We booked this trip due to the itinerary as listed on your web-site. This, in our opinion, is a mis-nomer. The tour was expensive but we were willing to pay that amount IF we got what was advertised on your website! Bryant, our tour guide, was funny and informative however we did everything at "quick-speed". There seemed to be no time to adequately view what is a wonderful city and environments. It was rush, rush, rush. This tour is advertised as a 6-hour tour. We left late and arrived back early - it was closer to 5 hours than 6 hours! It appears your website has now been updated to reflect the CORRECT itinerary.
