Lots to see - Enjoyed the small bus with a glass roof which allowed easier viewing and taking pictures of the tall sights of Manhattan. Stops where we left the bus for a walking tour included the High Line, Hudson Yards, Grand Central, the man made park in the Hudson River and a spot to get good pictures of the Brooklyn Bridge.

New York with Jim & Juan - What a fantastic way to take in the city at night and have a native New Yorker share about the city he loves! Jim was an amazing guide and kept sharing stories and information throughout the tour. He was highly accommodating for all guests and made sure everyone enjoyed the tour. Loved the stops to see some of the familiar and new highlights of the area. I'd not heard of High Line Park - but what a cool piece of green space in the city! After a short time, it was as if we all had a new friend in NYC - strangers? fugedaboudid! 😁 And throughout it all, Juan guided us safely through the streets in the bus - avoiding traffic snares and keeping us close to our stops! Highly recommend!

Fantastic! But prepare to walk! - This an excellent tour! Very comprehensive, educational, and fun. The tour guide did a great job and definitely knows his stuff! The only thing we feel we need to warn people of is there is a LOT of walking. By our step counters, over 4 miles. As long as you are up for that, you are up for an excellent tour!

Interesting tour! - This tour showed a part of NYC I had never seen before. Traffic was a beast! I’m told this is normal for the time of the year. The driver handled the traffic like a pro! I would recommend this tour!

For an introductory summary of the city - I enjoyed this visit which allows to have an overview of the city, very good so to start the stay. Several stops, with interesting explanations given by the guide and some time to take pictures.

Spectacular City Views - We booked this less than an hour before the tour departed from an agent in Times Square and the price was cheaper than what we had seen online. Headphones were provided to listen to the tour information while on the bus. We chose the 8pm tour to make sure it would be dark enough to see the city lights. There are some great views of Times Square as you leave on the tour. The bus takes you across the Brooklyn Bridge and then back again. At this point the views of the city at night are breathtaking. The whole tour is worth it just for this moment!

not was advertised - although the guide was knowledgeable, he cut the trip short by an hour as he was on his way to a Halloween party the trip was a little short of 3 and 1/2 hrs. and we got dropped off 7 blocks away from the start, which means our p/u was all wrong, we had to walk. not fun. he rushed the tour, as we might have seen the highlight's I feel we missed stuff as he kept telling the driver to turn on other streets

Night tour to avoid - The coach did not wait for us in front of Starbucks as mentioned on the booking but on the side street. Nobody's been looking for us. Eventually we moved and found him. Hop on the bus, take the 6th ave and other streets until you get to a street in Chinatown and, thanks to a traffic light, spotted the street of Little Italy (the one with the words "Volare"). Passed over the Bridge, we arrived in Brooklyn. He walked all dark streets of areas I think residential but not commercial or worthy of being seen by a tourist. After a good wandering, they let us down to admire the skyline in a dark street, illuminated at the bottom by a playground. We entered this street where we could see the skyline and we saw a dozen mice (not even small or intimidated) that quietly ran not far from our feet. Needless to say, we rushed back to the bus. The bus traveled backwards on the road and back on Manhattan, between one street and another, took us back to the starting point half an hour early. On the bus we were less than 15 people, a dozen were Italians. The guide who chewed a little Spanish and Italian, has only ever spoken in English. He often played American songs praising the artists. In the end he also played us Imagine by John Lennon. Perhaps he did not know that this artist was English and that with New York he shared only the place where he was killed. Anyway, it was a futile trip. We didn't see Times Square, Central Park, Rochfeller Center, Central Station, 5th Avenue just to mention the first stops that came to mind. But what night tour?? I strongly advise against this company.
