We greatly enjoyed the... - We greatly enjoyed the experience. Our guide, Dan, was very knowledgeable, personable, and attentive to everyone in our group. We were able to see many of the "must-see" attractions that we may not have taken time for if we had not been on the tour. Ending at the 911 Memorial was perfect and allowed us to extend the experience by exploring the museum while we were in that area.

Absolutely amazing - Absolutely a must! Learned so much and saw pretty much all the New York highlights! Also took my 10 yr old daughter and it was very entertaining! We went in December and even had a wintry mix during the tour and had the best time! Wear wool boots and big jackets if it’s the winter! *special shout out to Dan!!!!*

6 hour bus tour around New York - 5* Absolutley the best tour ever! Thankyou so much to Jim and Alan, Jim our tour guide was fantastic, he taught us so much about New York we learnt so much and visited some amazing attractions, you have made our trip to New York one to always remember, Jim also went above and beyond to give great advice on which subways to take! Great tour to see so many historical sights of Manhattan! - Jim was awesome! He gave so many knowledgeable, historical facts that were far and beyond what we expected. We saw so many other sights along the way that were not a part of the tour but were incorporated so smoothly that they become a part of the tour. His explanation of the arts and architecture building designs were an unexpected bonus to the historical background of New York with insightful information of the Statue of Liberty, the Grand Central Terminal, Broadway, various cathedrals, the Rockefeller buildings, the 911 memorial, and so many others. Jim's personality and professionalism made you feel comfortable and secure with any questions you may have, to the point he made sure we knew how to navigate the subway to get back home from the the 911 ground zero sight.

All hail Cale - This was outstanding!!! Special shoutout to Cale. He made the whole tour magical. I cannot stress how important he is for your tour. He is the best. Recommendations for food (cheese boat my friend). Cale and this tour was worth the sore feet and amazing experiences.

Accounting manager - Flight delayed by one hour, When arrived quickly drove to the next meeting point. No one there, no one to contact or reach, and paid for two adults without refund or acknowledgment. You should indicate a contact number so if delays occur and that party needs to meet, they can call a live human being instead of being kept on hold for a half hour without an answer.

Scam? - Investigate the meeting points very carefully - I waited at a meeting spot in accordance with the address provided and waited for 45 minutes and missed the tour. When I contacted I was told it was because I was late so couldn’t join.
The operator said they would move my tour date but then did not provide a new ticket. I contacted services online who were very helpful and reissued for a new date.
I confirmed the meeting point with the tour operator so that I wouldn’t miss it again. I waited at that meeting point and there was no indication of any tour departing. I was once again told that I was at fault for this.
When I contacted online I was refused a refund despite never attending this tour.

It's 5-6 Miles of WALKING - This is a WALKING tour of 5.5-6 miles!!! It should be listed in the title that it's a walking tour, not way down deep in the bowels of the information. As soon as I realized that I bought the wrong trip, I called and switched to the bus tour for $99. The rep made it seem as if I was going to get a refund, but they refused. I'm 66 and disabled. The spot could have been purchased by another person and probably was, but Viator has a 'too bad for you' attitude. I had a tour in Boston and purchased another one in Washington DC, but after that, I'm finding another app.
