Great experience! - Great Things to do, Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, the Edge. All great viewing platforms. We liked the Edge the best. The Rise NY surprised us very positively. The tour with 30 sights with Amanda was exciting and educational. 9/11 Memorial and Museum was very emotional.

Cost-effective and queue-free - We took the pass for 3 attractions: Empire State, Edge and One World observatory. For these three the pass is clearly profitable. We didn't have to queue at any of the three. Very good experience in my case.

Value for money, just note for empire state and top of the rockd top of the rock - We purchased the 3 day pass and had planned our itinerary accordingly, so we get to visit all of our preferred attractions. Everything was smooth, and the pass is definitely worth it. The only disappointment we had was with booking the empire state building slot, initially the app didn't let us book slots during the evening time for the empire state building, so I had booked it for 9pm. But that day there was a thunderstorm and I realised a 730 pm slot was now available so I amended my slot. However at the entry I was charged 40 extra for 4 of us! They said we booked the sunset time.but it was pouring down first of all and secondly whilst booking this slot I wasn't notified by the app that it will cost me extra. So wasn't happy about it, definitely some error on the app. Also at the top of the Rock, we had to walk there 3 times before we got entry..you have to redeem the voucher and book the slot, first time we waited for an hr and were told all slots are booked , second time got a slot but after 2 hrs , so then had to go back third time , this wasted a lot of our time and energy!! Apart from these 2 attractions entries were very fast and easy.

real cost saving but some difficulties with a couple of activities - In general it is great. we have visit 30 activities in 6 days. No line for empire, edge, top of the rock, one world observatory, 9/11 museum etc. We have done 3 cruises. Excellent. Unlimited bicycle, we can't do a reservation for a guide: never available during the summer for passes. They don't treat us well , the guy told me: here is your f*** bike. Masters of the Camera NYC Rooftop Photoshoot: i wrote 5 emails before getting an answer, he gave me only 1 slot which was not the requested one. he was nasty and not correct . Impossible to do this activity

Horror due to cancellation of an attraction by the provider, no goodwill from Gocity - not recommended - We had booked the Explorer Pass with 10 attractions and cannot recommend it as we lost at least one full day in New York due to chaos caused by cancellation by the activity organizer, had to spend a lot of time in the hot New York hotline queue of Gocity and the provider is in no way cult when it comes to problems or complaints. We could only use 9 of the 10 attractions. We were only offered a 10% refund by Gocity. We had booked THE RIDE for one day at 10:30. When we got there, they said the ride at 10:30 a.m. would be cancelled (probably because there were too few people) and we should wait and maybe be able to ride at 11 a.m., which the The Ride staff told us. Waited for half an hour for nothing – but then didn’t work either, bus already full, the 11 o’clock people all showed up. The only option then was to spend a lot of time in the queue at Gocity to make a cancellation, although we could not help the cancellation. Then we were issued a new passport there, but with that all reservations were cancelled, e.g. the Empire State Building. Since we did not have a flat rate for USA calls, we incurred high costs. The next day we waited in the sweltering heat half an hour before the security check at the Statue of Liberty ferry and then it was: the linked pass is cancelled, we have to book a new slot with the newly issued GoCity Pass. Done – but again wait almost an hour in the heat until we were allowed through the security check. We could not perceive then, as we had another Booking Referral and it became too close. It was the horror, with an eight-year-old child! We would rather have booked Things to do individually and paid a little more, as we would not have experienced such horror and would have lost so much time to the chaos. We cannot understand why the cancellation of the provider THE RIDE can lead to such chaos and effort by us with the phone calls. Customer support only wants to offer us a 10% refund, we would find at least 50% appropriate. We cannot recommend the pass under any circumstances, as there seems to be no goodwill and accommodatingness in case of problems.

Yankees: A Shattered Dream - Premise: I left a star because less is not possible. I am on vacation in New York with my family, to live this experience to the fullest we decided to buy a pass to access several attractions; one of the proposed activities was the chance to attend a Yankees game at the stadium of the same name. In the description it was stated to go to the meeting place an hour in advance to secure the ticket in a good position. we decided to get there in time and arrive at the stadium two hours earlier and we queued; after an hour and a half in a row we were informed that the seats available for those who enjoyed passes were sold out. A great dream that we had the chance to realize was denied us for wrong and inappropriate indications. if you also have the desire to watch a baseball game do not rely on the go city portal, or alternatively go to the stadium a month before the start of the game.
