Enjoyable morning walking and learning about the culture and history of Chinatown and the Lower East Side. - We really enjoyed our tour of the Lower East side. The food was great and our guide, Brian, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food and history the area. I would definitely book another tour when we are in the city.

Excellent! - Astrid was a fantastic guide and really made the tour. Very engaging, fun, and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed learning about the area and how immigration has shaped the city over the years. The tour covers a lot of ground but at a good pace. All of the food stops were delicious, my personal favorites were the dumplings and knish. Highly recommend!

Supreme Host - Jessie is a fantastic tour guide and excellent host. She eats, sleeps, and breathes New York and is full of stories about how the city was built and continues to thrive. She did an awesome job navigating our group in frigid January New York, 5 stars!

Avoid, avoid, avoid - Seems I am breaking the mold. I have only given one star so that I could write a review. I would prefer to give none. Our guide DID NOT SHOW and the company DID NOT CONTACT US - AT ALL - and still haven’t responded to my emails. We only knew that the guide wouldn’t be showing up because someone called another tour participant and she advised us. She was the only one that got any kind of communication.
And don’t bother trying to contact them. The internet advertising platform is just that, and will say they aren’t holding your money and can’t do anything about it and to call the tour provider directly. But the number given by the tour provider - Intrepid - is that of the platform provider. a perfect way to avoid accountability and avoid refunds.
I wouldn’t recommend this tour provider it if were the only one available. Better to walk by yourself.
