Great views of the city - Tom was a great guide with tons of information and stories. Awesome views of the city especially enjoyed the view of the Brooklyn bridge with the city skyline behind it

Terrible - The tour guide was obviously proud of his personal beliefs and being an actor. We did not receive proper information regarding the history on the tour. It was more about trivia and candy giving. Very poor.

Horrific experience, poor... - Horrific experience, poor customer service, rude bus driver. Had tickets and code given by Viator was invalid. No support by bus operator, by the time Viator responded bus drove away. Don’t waste your time - buy tickets from street vendors when ready to go

Terrible - Terrible! We reserved an 11pm at stop 2. When we got to stop 2, they said it was canceled. They sent us to stop 1. Stop 1 said the bus was full, but another was coming. After standing on the sidewalk for 15 minutes, they loaded us onto a bus to sit for another 45 minutes. The bus did not leave until after 12. When we asked a question, we were ignored. Waste of money and time. Very disappointed, especially while having two tired children that had to wait so long.

Disappointing - We had an 8:00pm reservation. They told us to get in line early, so we followed directions. Upon the bus taking off, we realized that we were supposed to be on a “live bus tour”that we had purchased in advance. The workers, put us on the wrong bus, even after they scanned our tickets. We had no one directing us to where we were headed. The traffic was awful and just overall a disappointing experience.
