Very good! - The tour (Tour), the monument and the museum are, despite the sad occasion, very worthwhile. Another visit will be accompanied by a visit to Ground Zero and the Museum.

9/11 Memorial - Intense - We took the private tour with our friends. Our guide Ray was excellent and he took the time to take us through the horrible events of 9/11 and how it impacted family and friends and New Yorkers as a whole. Ray also made us understand how resilient NewYorkers were when the event occurred and how they came together to overcome that terrible day. The memorial site itself was intense and somber.

A must do in NYC - This private tour was the most moving and memorable tour I've ever taken. It's a must do when in NYC. Ray (our tour guide) did an excellent job of telling his own personal stories about 9/11 as well as telling often untold stories about heroism. He was knowledgeable about 9/11 facts, about NYC history and about the need for constant vigilance going forward. This tour was personal, impactful and unforgettable. The museum was unforgettable as well. Situated below where the South Tour stood, it includes the footers from the South Tower that still remain. It's a deeply moving and reverent experience. One of the docents there (Peter) described how he was just 20 stories below where the first plane struck. We were moved to tears as he told his story. And in spite of having many visitors, the museum is almost silent. A profound sign of respect. I was in a group of four friends and I feel I can speak for the group in saying we cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Thank-you Ray and God Bless you and your family.

Great way to see the 9/11 Memorial and Museum - Jaclyn was an amazing tour guide, full of lots of factual information about 9/11, and clearly a strong personal connection to the events, which made her stories all the more engaging. The tour was a perfect length, long enough to see and learn, but leaving enough energy to see the very moving museum. This is a great way to see the memorial.
