11/29/24 tour - Roger did an excellent job explaining the backstory and symbolism of the tour points. Especially at the 9/11 memorial. Also the tour maintained a good pace but was not rushed. Having good picture taking spots was great.

Amazing Experience - This is one of the best tours I had ever taken. Roger was just awesome in story telling and coordinating such a large group through all the locations. Absolutely loved it. Anyone visiting NYC should keep this for the first day, and this is a must do to get you a glimpse of so many Things in just 1 day.

Time well spent... - My cousin and I had a Subway mishap which caused us to be an hour late to our tour. Our guide Roger was very understanding and remained in communication when possible and had us meet the group at the second stop. He was very informative and patient with the group and answered all questions with honesty and humor. He's a great photographer and ensured our excursion was fabulous. He's truly an asset to the company!

Just Book it - The See it All Tour was fantastic! Our guide, Roger, led us on a fun-filled informative day. He was also a great photographer and captured many great pictures for us on our phones. This tour covers so much ground but doesn’t feel rushed or like it is too much. I would suggest doing this on your first day in NYC. You will undoubtedly come away with ideas and recommendations for the rest of your trip. The communication about meeting place and meeting time was clear. Tim’s Tours was very responsive to questions beforehand. Roger was top notch and knew his stuff. He was also a master at navigating a full group of us around with efficiency and ease.

"Some see him as a Tour Guide - I call him my Pimp!" The Naked Cowboy Oct 28th 2024 - This was a brilliant thing to do on our first day! It allowed us to familiarise ourselves with getting around Manhattan and feel confident both navigating the streets and the subway! Our guide Roger was fantastic, giving us both the official TOUR stuff and the more intimate personal stuff about being a New Yorker, from his own experiences! High point - he found me the Naked Cowboy, according to the Naked Cowboy, in his words referencing Roger "some see him as a Tour Guide - I call him my Pimp!"!!! Most interesting point, it is really fascinating to me how differently citizens of the USA and UK view celebrity, the USA seem to see them as some kind of amazing being, whereas we (Brits) are a lot more, yep, well just a person who is well known! Low point, well not really low, but the actual reality of the impact 9/11 had and still continues to have to this day! I think with Roger we ran the gamut of emotions from A-Z

Roger was the best guide - patient and had lots of personal stories - and lots of helpful tips for taking phone photos. Great pace - our tour went well beyond the time allocated. Highly recommend this tour!!

Tour de force - Roger, our excellent guide was the best part of a really interesting day. But the tour itself was as comprehensive as a 6/7 hour tour could be.

Which is the tallest building? - Caleb knew every tall building. He is a remarkable guide with excellent voice projection for this big group to hear. TripAdvisor noted that is a max of 4 per group, and under details said " This tour/activity will have a maximum of 4 travelers", which is NOT the case. Plenty of stops for rest. The Doris C. Freedman starting point nearest public restrooms is 11 minute walk away, in Central Park. The Plaza was outside stop, wished we skipped and used that time in Central Park to take advantage of the restroom. Lunch break was in Times Square. Research eateries with short waits near there or use street vendors, plenty to choose from. Kind of overwhelming to pick a spot, on the spot, and to be back in time. There is another break after the subway at the World Trade center, with food and restrooms. Then again on the Ferry. 9/11 stop is to the waterfalls, NOT the museum. A lovely visit of tranquility. Great tour!
