Awesome trip horrible seating - It's amazing to see such wonder of the world. However the only thing I have a complaint is the busses seat, they are HORRIBLE!!!!!

Niagara Falls tour - Brian was a great tour guide and kept the tour interesting and fun. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and falls and made sure the whole group was kept together and knew thru had options before heading back. Highly recommend !! Thank you

What a great way to see the falls - Amazing from the start to the end. This tour is most ideal to visit the Niagara falls from NYC. Very professional and everything is as promised.
Our tour guide was Brian and he was amazing. We enjoyed everything there is to in the falls and Brian did his best to tell us quite a lot about the falls and its history. Thank you Brian and thank you Royal Citi tours for this wonderful trip.

A Fabulous experience - Awesome 1 day trip departing from Time Square NY. Very enriching experience of the Niagara fall despite the limited time at the park. Managed to see various fall up close, Maid of the Mist and even stay till night night where the waterfall lights up in different color. End with a 5 min firework before we depart. Joe and Bryan are absolutely fabulous and relate lots of interesting stories of the park. Bus ride a bit long but bearable, stopped every 2 hrs for stretch and pysiological needs. Recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to drive or fly to. experience Niagara - Amazing experience overall. The guides Brian and Joe were very good. The bus drive was comfortable. Had sufficient time at the Niagara to explore.

Niagara is stunning . But the service of organized tour is poor - Niagara Falls is absolutely stunning and a must-visit when in New York. It truly is a wonderful and memorable experience.
The schedule of leaving at 11:30 PM is quite suitable. You can get a good night's sleep and arrive for sightseeing at 8 AM, which is perfect.
However, the service experience was really poor and needs improvement.
1. The guide at the meeting point at 11:30 PM was very rude, smoked, and showed a blatant disregard for customers.
2. The driver was very nice, which was a plus.
3. There were two tour guides at the destination. One was very pleasant, but the other was extremely unprofessional. Their attitude was unacceptable, showing disdain and even making racist comments about Canadians working in tourism across the falls.
4. The seating in the vehicle was uncomfortable. It was not smooth and quite bumpy, making the journey tiring.
In summary:
- Niagara Falls: 1000/10, AMAZING!
- Service from the organizing company: 3/10

Not a good decision other than seeing the Falls the travel was dreadful - The Falls were magnificent but the bus trip was terrible. The drivers struggled with the bus and keeping the temperature at a humane level. It was sooooo hot. It took for one of my friends to question what they were doing for them to realise how to put the air conditioning on. On the way back to New York the windscreen fogged up so much due to the heat that the driver had to pull over due to no vision. We did not feel safe at all with the drivers. The bus had strange noises and it was very uncomfortable. Not if a standard that I would have expected.

LOverpriced Tour with Little Value: Same Experience for Half the Cost Elsewhere - The tour to Niagara Falls was great and left unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime. However, I was disappointed with the value for the price provided by this tour company. I found out that a friend of mine took a similar tour with another company and paid only 110,000, while I paid 230,000 for the exact same services. This tour company didn’t offer anything special for the higher cost — very little information was provided during the tour, and the bus seats were uncomfortable. Next time, I would choose a different, more affordable option with the same quality.
