Great winery - Awesome place to visit! The tastings are done blind and were so interesting (plus the wines are great). Felt very welcome and would highly recommend.

Precious time! - We spent a really good time during the tour. The people joined the tour were so nice. The transportaiton(bus ride) was comfortable. If we can go other wineries next, we definitely want to take it again!

Colin and Kelly are... - Colin and Kelly are fantastic tour guides! We spent an appropriate time at each vineyard, the lunch was substantial, and the ride was smooth and without incident

Amazing Day - We had an amazing time! Our guide, Raven, was the BEST. She was professional, personable, knowledgeable, resourceful, and courteous. This is my third time doing this tour over the years, and this has been my favorite.

Beautiful day - I booked this experience on Viator to visit 3 wineries from NYC. The next day, sourced adventures texted me and asked for my email so that i can fill out the lunch form. I chose the chicken Caesar salad and my husband chose the turkey, cheese and avocado sandwich. We were able to book it and pay later and payment was taken 2 days prior to our experience. On 8/31, we arrived at 850am and the bus left at 9:08am. There was a line of people checking into the bus. We checked in and got seats on the bus and i was able to use the restroom on the bus which was clean and got the job done. My bestie and her husband also came and arrived a bit late so we weren’t able to sit near eachother but no big deal. My issue with this was people holding seats for people that weren’t on the bus and one lady was literally using her extra seat for her things vs for a person and refused to move. Anyway, Kelly and Mike were great. So was the driver. They were all very friendly and kind. The driver was very safe and i was able to nap on the way up to the winery. We stopped at Lenz first, got there at 11:15am and had 4 tastings. We also use the restrooms and got our lunch. The chips were pretty good, my salad was great and my husband’s sandwich was bigger than i thought it would be. We also got water at each winery. Lenz was small but nice and pretty rustic. When we got on the bus, there were plenty of empty seats so our friends moved and sat with us. After that, people were all moved around. We went to the second winery which was Raphael’s and it was beautiful! Everyone went into a tasting room and tried 4 types of wines. The first one was my fave. We walked around and took many pics. Mike took group photos of us which came out dope. The restrooms here were very nice and clean. We got back on the bus and people were super upset because seating was switched around a lot more at this point and people were putting things down to hold their seats and other people were touching it and moving it, which Kelly said was not ok. There was some yelling and insults because at this point people were drinking and upset. I want to say this whole musical chairs was a huge issue but each winery is only 2 mins away from eachother so it was very pointless. I didn’t care as long as i got a seat with my husband because that’s who i came sitting with and there was plenty of seating. We went to the final winery which was ospreys dominion. This place was pretty crowded and had a band playing. The wine here was ok but the vibes and grounds were beautiful. They also sold beer which my husband enjoyed. We took photos, used the restroom and were back on the bus at 315 like we were told but we didn’t leave until 330 because people were late. Our friends went back to the front seats on the way back and an announcement was made to not touch people’s things and try to sit at your original seats or close to it. This one lady was upset because now she had to sit next to someone she didn’t come with but she was sitting with someone she didn’t know both going and coming so i didn’t see the point in getting so upset. I think moving forward, staff needs to make sure groups are seated together and people who are alone or an odd number sit with other single/odd number people. And also announce that the seats u have going are the ones you should have each and every stop. Maybe leave a jacket at the seat and also announce to not touch peoples things. We got back to union sq around 550pm and i felt bad i didn’t have cash to give a tip to the guides because they were great. Anyway, i highly recommend this tour and would def do it again. I just hope they are more organized about seating and making announcements about it to avoid the same issue. Either way, it didn’t ruin our time or experience !

nice scenery, not so great wines. - the pickup spot was listed as 41 union square...which was incorrect. that was annoying as i was waiting on the designated wait area with my wife along with another customer. we only knew to go to another pickup spot as one of her friends called to ask where she was. the vineyards were okay. the 3rd one seemed to be a little bit of a waste of time. it felt like a giant barbeque...which was nice, but the wine was only so so at that last vineyard. it wasn't a terrible time. the staff at the first 2 vineyards were nice, but they did seem a little frugal with the pours. for the money we paid, i would have expected to atleast catch a buzz from drinking. but the first 2 vineyards themselves were very pretty.

Very nice - It was such a lovely day for this type of activity. We went to three vineyard. The first one was nice, but we spent the time waiting on lunch. The second one was pretty amazing. (Raphael) from the welcoming and care to the entire space. I recommend lunch here in lieu of sandwiches to elevate the experience. The last one was ok, at this one I recommend pouring more wine . It was truly a sip. I loved the life band. Overall, I recommend lowering the price per person. While a nice experience, it should be more cost effective.

One-Star Review: Completely Unprofessional and Disappointing Tour - I booked the Long Island Winery Tour with lunch from Manhattan, and it was a major letdown. The tour lasted all day, and the itinerary mentioned lunch would be provided, but no details were ever sent in advance. When lunch came around, it was either a cold sandwich or a chicken Caesar salad. I have a gluten allergy, so I was hoping to get the salad, but when I asked for it, I was told by Connor (the tour guide) that I “should have requested it ahead of time” because the salads were limited. I explained that I never received any email about making a selection and told him I’d prefer the salad due to my allergy. He told me to check back after everyone was served. So, I did... and guess what? Connor had eaten the last salad himself! I was left hungry for the entire 9-hour tour. To make matters worse, Connor was super unhelpful and pretty dismissive of my concerns. He didn’t seem to care at all about my dietary restrictions or the fact that I went without lunch. On the other hand, Kelly, the second tour guide, was a gem. She was so kind, kept checking on me, and even told me about a couple of wineries at the end where I could buy food. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional, especially from Connor. If it weren’t for Kelly, this could’ve been a completely miserable day. I won’t be recommending this tour to anyone.

Worst experience ever - I’d like a refund for this winery tour. The description stated that food would be provided, but none was given. When I arrived, Kellie mentioned that no food form had been submitted for me, but I was never sent any email or form to complete—especially important since I’m vegetarian.
