Gotta have Chris as a tour guide!!! - Chris was an amazing guide! So informative at each stop, my family and really learned a lot about the city we didn’t know! The E-Scooters worked great, shout to the folks of Bike Rent NYC! This one of the great highlights of the trip, my family can’t stop talking about it and we haven’t left NY yet lol! Great Tour with a Fantastic Guide and Fun Ride - ⸻ I absolutely loved this experience! Our guide, Chris, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about the park, New York’s history, and local highlights. It made the tour both fun and educational. It was also my first time using a scooter, and I enjoyed every minute of it!

Great family activity and saw lots of park. - Great family activity for family with teenagers. We saw so much of park in two hours. The guide Chris was excellent. He pitched it perfectly with information about park and its surroundings and chat with group.

Great Experience for Solo Travelers - I wanted to explore central park in a group since I was traveling solo in NYC. Taking this tour was one of the best things I booked. The tour guide was kind and pointed out/explained a lot of places and landmarks. I didn't get many of the references he explained since I'm on the younger side, but he explained it in modern day terms which I appreciated.

Great tour! - We loved this tour and experience so much! Our guide was fun, knowledgable, and easy going. It was the perfect amount of speed, slow, stop, walk, etc. This was the highlight of our NYC trip for our teenagers!

Fantastic E-scooter tour of Central Park - This was a great way to see Central Park without having to walk the whole 80 acres or bike up hills. The electric scooters were nice! The guide really explained a lot about the park and took you directly to the major sites and spots throughout the park so you didn’t have to find it all on your own. Guide also stayed with the scooters while you went to take pictures. A great way for someone to get to know Central Park.

Informative and fun tour of central Park. - Our guide, Antoine was friendly and very well informed about the history of Central Park, including some information that appealed to our teen. We could cover a lot more ground on the scooters and easily navigated the many hills and out-of-the-way places. We felt pretty safe.. The e- Scooters were well maintained and easy to operate .

A must do ….to see Central Park! - Great tour! Guide was very informative. It’s a challenging ride w multiple obstacles w VERY busy park.

My family and I paid for... - My family and I paid for the guided tour—there were four of us. When we arrived at the location, communication was extremely poor. We waited for instructions, but none were given. When we asked what to do next, we were handed scooters with no guidance or safety briefing, and the staff just walked away. We had to approach them again to ask about the tour guide, and were simply told to ride the scooters to the park and that everything we needed was “right there.” As a result, our family ended up split up and lost—especially difficult since the park is massive and we had never been to New York before. The entire experience was chaotic and disappointing. We did not get what we paid for. When I brought this up to management after we returned, I was met with rudeness. The manager said, “Why did you leave if you didn’t receive your tour guide?”—completely dismissing our concerns. We should have been reimbursed. The lack of communication and professionalism ruined what should have been a fun experience. I do not recommend this company at all.

Guided Tour was not Guided - It was very confusing trying to understand what was supposed to happen after check in. It was supposed to be a guided tour but after asking 2 workers where we were supposed to go they pointed us in the direction of central park. Told us to go ahead and go. So we went. Got a little lost.. but we did not receive a guided tour which is what we actually paid for. Disappointed
