Excellent walking and food tour of Lower East Side, NYC. - This day trip is the perfect way to get below the surface of this fascinating pocket of Manhattan. Learning about the waves of immigrants that came to this area while sampling food they brought from their homelands is the perfect way to immerse yourself in this truly unique part of NYC. Our local guide really made this trip - engaging and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Good Food, local favorites! - My husband and I really enjoyed this tour, pacing was just right, but we covered quite a bit of ground. Although I'm quite familiar with the various neighborhoods of NYC from many years of visiting and exploring, it was so good to hear historical context and to visit neighborhood places that locals love rather than Instagram type places. One word of advice, bring along a little cash and buy beverages as you get the food, which is rather savory.

Fantastic Tour - I’ve always wanted to take the time for a tour and I’m so glad we did. Our tour guide, Micki (?), was so knowledgeable a shared great stories on the history of the LES and the neighborhoods we toured. Saw parts of the city I’ve never seen. And the food was amazing! I’ll take another tour in the future.
