NYC night to remember. - 75 min transformed into 180 minutes of vivid, pure NYCity impressive experience. Nothing is perfect but this unplanned imperfections during tour made this event one of its kind.

Departure Time Advertised Is Not Correct/Lack of Communication - The experience was great except for the wait time. As advertised, the departure time is 7pm. The actual time was 7:30p. So for 30 minutes my family and I sat in the freezing cold. At no time did any of the staff communicate with us. About 10 minutes past the advertised time I had to go find someone to ask when we're we departing.

Not Impressed - We went in the evening to see the lights. We were given headphones but here was NO narration, so we didn’t have any idea what we were seeing. A group of young men who were selling tickets got on and tried to get us to give 5 stars before we even left. They were trying to take our phones out of our hands to do it. It was creepy. Wasn’t too impressed with this company. And we paid double thru trip advisor compared to the tickets they were selling g on the street. Rip off

Disappointing - Audio was not good or at the correct landmarks. Tour was just one route that then took the same route back so only half the time was the tour guided. The rest of the time we listened to explicit rap music on the radio

Not a good experience - We couldn’t get to the bus due to circumstances beyond our control and were denied a refund so will not book with the again

Disappointing and over priced. - Do not pre book tickets, it's much cheaper to book in person, only $29 this dropped to $18 to fill up seats before departure. Departure was 55 minutes later than advertised time so the children on the bus fell asleep. Did not go to any high spec sites, only went past pier 83 the site of a former battleship. The audio was pre recorded and did not match up with locations during journey plus big gaps in between audio so music was played . . .same 2 songs on a loop. Would not recommend to pre book this journey.

Horrible - Tour said 7 pm. Didn’t leave until 8:15 pm. Poor service. Definitely not worth it. Do not recommend. Waste of time and money.

Would NOT recommend - Very unorganized, the workers got into a shouting match before the tour, it was supposed to start at 8:30 pm it was almost 9:15 pm when it started going….it had rained earlier and they had nothing to wipe down the seats, were going to transfer us to another bus, however when we got there it was not ready. They ended up wiping down some of the seats with plastic wrap and Santa Claus hats….wringing them out over the side of the bus. Not organized at all! Would not recommend this tour or company to anyone.

Unprofessional, no accountability, Late, awful - Well, it is already 10:15pm. The bus is supposed to leave at 10:00. There is no employee here to guide us, no one else in line and no communication. The other company Too View is everywhere to answer questions and sell tickets. We made the mistake of buying our tickets on line before we got to New York thinking they might sell out. I can’t afford to throw away not only the $100.00 for our tickets, but our $30.00 for parking too. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. We called the number and couldn’t even understand the person that answered the phone (we speak English). Everything on line says the start and end point is at 724 7th Ave in front of M&M store. We have been waiting for over an hour now and still nothing.

Be ready to wait. - We were still sitting at the bus stop at 10:35. They were on the sidewalk yelling, trying to sell more tickets while we just sat there.
