Bellisima!! - Beautiful cruise worth the ride on the waves! Best way to see NYC at sunset. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting. Great fotos and memories with my little girl!!!

Great tour! - Due to on time departure and the different views we got of the Statue of Liberty, I would definitely recommend Viator to anyone who wants to see Liberty from the river.

Book it! - Did the sunset cruise and it was a fantastic experience, I highly recommend it cause you see everything from the water it’s amazing. The crew was friendly and they had some fun music that everyone was able to enjoy!

Fun but… - Nice to see the statue. The hatch is very old. Pictures make it look nice but it’s not. Also getting there was pretty confusing. It says Pier 36 but it’s not there it’s in the back. Instructions should be more clear for routines that are t familiar with NYC. For example it should say enter Pier 36 to maps. We entered the address and then we had to take an Uber to the Pier.

Too crowded - We enjoyed seeing the statue of liberty the most, just wish we could have gotten better picture. They put as many people on the boat as they can and you are just standing there, can't move and it was hot so you feel like you can't breathe!!!

Terrible because of cheating - We booked and paid for 90 minutes tour but the time slot we were given and printed on our ticket was for 60 minutes trip! So disappointed and painful d $42 /- each instead of $25/- For four of us, it was a Ripoff👎 not gonna recommend your company to anyone

Never happened tour - We do not have an experience because we waited 1.5 hours, when we still did not know what is going to happen, so we left. The boat was late, and then a rope got stuck so we couldn’t depart. We were promised a refund, since all of this happened yesterday we are still waiting for it and also we were told we can go back for another tour, but when we scheduled that they cancelled it 30 minutes before departure.

Avoid - This was a horrible tour- I would avoid. It was over sold (way too many people in the boat) could barely move and everyone was pushing /shoving to take pictures (result of too many people on board).

Waste of out time - Terrible, audio , staff all terrible . Couldnt hear what we were looking at . Asked staff and they said it was broken and that is the way it is
