Tradgegy and hope - This is a amazing excursion first you go to the museum where you can learn all about the events of one of the most tragic days in modern history listen to voice recordings of people who were there and see amazing artefacts recovered from ground zero. Then move on to the one world Observatory with its spectacular views

Awesome - Great experience. Hardly any wait time and the views of the skyline were outstanding (lucky to get a clear day).

Worth the Visit - Great views and a large 360° observation floor allowed us to see familiar landmarks. The tablet that was part of the combination ticket was not very useful. It was trying to point out landmarks so far away and so obscured by other buildings that we could not really see them well. Better to just look and marvel at the nearby sights. The floor has a complete gift shop. The clear view was spectacular.

Fantastic views of NYC and the Borrows. - Just amazing. Had to imagine the previous building here (which I had lectured in, back in the 1980s and 1990s). Enjoyed the live talk (at 10:30 near the South sign). Gal was very informative and knew her history. Today it was quite hazy, so pictures of the surrounding areas didn’t come out well. Skip the VIP tour pass (with the gift shop and food/beverage credit). We had a $30 credit, but wanted to buy a single postcard at the gift center for $1.95. No refunds for unused credit. Decided to go back up to the cafe and spent $36 on 1 bottle of H20, 1 bottle of diet coke, 1 bottle of ice tea and a tasteless wrap. Zero flavor discernible in the wrap. Eat before you go

Great coffee - Don’t pay the $10 for the ‘interactive I-pad. It isn’t and the info on the hi lighted buildings isn’t anything you didn’t already know. The cafe is cashless now, but no indication anywhere to say so. Staff more interested in taking photos of the stunning sunset than serving. Fantastic views watching BY darken by the minute and the sunset is brilliant.

Memorable family time. - The views were amazing. Getting to the 102nd floor was Ha ha moment. I feel there were little instructions on what to expect. I would do this again during the sunset and at night.

Sloppy - The views are spectacular, but they don't worry about the windows being clean, nor about the reflections that kill the photos. The entire observatory is closed, although WTC is better positioned, I recommend going to EDGE more

Zero visibility - Unfortunately we didn't go up due to it being zero visibility on our booked day. But thank you to One World Observatory for having the weather insurance. The staff are amazing when you enter in informing you of what your views would be like if you chose to go up, alternatively you can go to customer service and change your ticket. Due to coming from the UK and the day we booked the ticket we were unable to move our ticket to another day and they kindly refunded our ticket. Sad we didn't get to experience the observatory deck but we will definitely book again for our next visit to NYC. Thank you for being so understanding and helpful.
