Amazing Experience with Breathtaking Views! - Our visit to One World Observatory was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we entered the building, the experience was seamless and well-organized. The elevator ride itself is an attraction, offering a fascinating time-lapse view of NYC’s skyline evolution. Once at the top, the 360-degree panoramic views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and even New Jersey were absolutely stunning. We could see the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, and more in one glance. The interactive displays and guides added depth to the experience, giving us insight into the city’s history and landmarks. The observatory wasn’t overcrowded, so we had plenty of time to soak in the views and take pictures. We also appreciated the Sky Portal – a fun and slightly thrilling feature that gives you a peek of the streets below your feet. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any questions. This is a must-visit attraction for both tourists and locals! It’s an unforgettable way to take in the grandeur of New York City from above. Highly recommended!

Sad but good - The lobby officers were helpful on a bad weather day in making recommendations. So we walked around for few hours outside and at museum before going on Up .

Great service for seniors! - This was a great experience! Staff was so helpful and accommodating. I felt I was at Disney World lol I was with my senior parents and they were accommodating helping my mom get on an elevator as she can’t to the escalator. One of the servers at the cafe helped us use the elevator and ensured we were safely on the observation deck! The view was amazing and we learned so much! Great job! We live NY!!

Tradgegy and hope - This is a amazing excursion first you go to the museum where you can learn all about the events of one of the most tragic days in modern history listen to voice recordings of people who were there and see amazing artefacts recovered from ground zero. Then move on to the one world Observatory with its spectacular views

Awesome - Great experience. Hardly any wait time and the views of the skyline were outstanding (lucky to get a clear day).

Nice views but too many vendors for your money - Excellent views of Manhattan skyline is the best part. Bring your camera. The worst part is the constant push by photo vendor and food vendors for your money. Long lines only because you must wait in line for your photo ($30) even if you don't want one, a can of soda is $5 and snacks are overpriced too. It's a barrage of people wanting your money. But once you get pass all of them, the views are great.

Fantastic views of NYC and the Borrows. - Just amazing. Had to imagine the previous building here (which I had lectured in, back in the 1980s and 1990s). Enjoyed the live talk (at 10:30 near the South sign). Gal was very informative and knew her history. Today it was quite hazy, so pictures of the surrounding areas didn’t come out well. Skip the VIP tour pass (with the gift shop and food/beverage credit). We had a $30 credit, but wanted to buy a single postcard at the gift center for $1.95. No refunds for unused credit. Decided to go back up to the cafe and spent $36 on 1 bottle of H20, 1 bottle of diet coke, 1 bottle of ice tea and a tasteless wrap. Zero flavor discernible in the wrap. Eat before you go

Quick experience - A cool experience, but definitely a little overpriced for the duration of the ticket. I would recommend other activities if pressed for time.

Memorable family time. - The views were amazing. Getting to the 102nd floor was Ha ha moment. I feel there were little instructions on what to expect. I would do this again during the sunset and at night.

Sloppy - The views are spectacular, but they don't worry about the windows being clean, nor about the reflections that kill the photos. The entire observatory is closed, although WTC is better positioned, I recommend going to EDGE more
