My earliest travel memory is of road trips from Vermont to NYC to visit my grandparents. I would spend my perfect day in New York because home is often the place least explored. I crave distinctive local experiences, like food, artisans and culture. I would stay at the NoMad Hotel. My most memorable moment here was the first time I had the seafood plateau in the NoMad Restaurant. I was skeptical that it was overproduced, but it turned out to be incredibly delicious.
