Great Time! Suggestions to Improve - Great Amenities. Loved how the different saunas had different scents & loved the relaxation rooms with their individual themes. 2nd time coming and have noticed some improvements & more work in progress. Enjoyed the apples under the water dispenser & apple cider. Wished the glass igloos had some heat in them for colder months; the robes had pockets; wet swimsuit bag was resealable; staff stopped guessing people’s sizes for robes/flip flops; wished the menu portions were somewhat more filling; wished tea was offered where the water dispensers as well. Thanks!

Wonderful!! - I live in NY so normally do not review things that I do in NY but felt the need to leave a review here only because so many of their reviews on here were awful. There is nothing wrong with this spa don’t know what any of those people are talking about! We had such a wonderful day here the spa was lovely! It was relaxing, very clean, and it was classy. Upon entrance everyone gets a comfy robe, flip flops and a bag. I liked that about this place compared to sojo spa that they let you wear flip flops to walk around. You can also wear your own from home if you wish. Everyone is then assured a locker, you make your own code for it to lock it. Locker rooms had wonderful soaps, shampoos etc, Each of the different saunas, baths etc had wonderful face creams and body scrubs you apply before, my skin felt extra smooth after! You start off at the top which has several different relaxation rooms, they were great I fell asleep! Downstairs is a cafe with pretty good food- charcuteries ($12), and different sandwiches and salads for $24. There is also a bar! Had a great Aperol Spritz (drinks were around $18). The place is cashless so you can get a bracelet when u get there which u charge all your food and drinks too. There’s also some great saunas on this floor. The water floor was our favorite part- more steam rooms, saunas etc., and had a great foot massager tub, and other types of amazing water massages. Outside are the pools there are two , one on each side of the building. All had different jets, pools were heated and fantastic!! My back felt great after those jets. Our favorite pool was the underwater classical music one! You lay on your back and float with your ears in the water while listening to classical music. That was so nice! We paid for the 5 hr day highly recommend that time, especially if it’s your first time. The view of the NYC skyline was amazing! We missed sunset but would recommend being there for that. There were many couples enjoying the spa, as well as groups of females, there was also a bachelorette party. Only way to get there is by ferry, the ferry ride is included w price and the ferry takes about 5 min. The ferry ride was fun too great views! They do a birthday promotion for the entire month of your birthday but you must book in advance and you must bring 1 guest with you paying their full price. Highly recommend this spa it was such a lovely and relaxing day and we can’t wait to go back!

Not a relaxing experience - Unfortunately this was far from a relaxing experience. Several drunken bachelorette parties crowding the pool and changing rooms. A couple making out in one of the treatment areas and passively aggressive staff made for unpleasant experiences. Feels much more like a beach bar than what is sold as a high-end spa. Needs a lot of improvement.

Ruined Bachelorette Party - Absolutely horrible experience. I booked my sisters bachelorette party months in advance and booked 5 massages and got day passes. The night before, I received an email at 8 30pm saying that the spa was closed. When I called the spa the customer service was absolutely awful. They said they could rebook me. My guests came from out of town and this was not a viable solution. I ended up having to call several spas to plan something last minute and canceled QC Spa without so much as an apology from them. I am still waiting for a supervisors call… Will never recommend or go to this spa.

Horrible customer service! DO NOT GO! - Beautiful views, nice pools. Very rude massage therapist , lack of customer service with an incident with the therapist. Staff is not friendly at all (with the exception of the front desk folks). Cleary not well trained, employees just walk by ignoring you. We even witnessed a big argument between kitchen employees. Elevator was disgusting, very dirty, so were the wine glasses. The buildings are nicely decorated but lack maintenance, you can see dust everywhere. Currently waiting for a reimbursement for the issue I had with the therapist. No response yet from the customer service and its been a week! Very disappointing experience - better to go to Aire Baths or the Guerlain Spa.

Very poor communication and customer service - We had been so looking forward to trying this. It took forever to navigate the cumbersome site, and not everything was clear. I then called only to receive a recorded message directing me back to the site. I tried to wait to speak to someone but they never came back on the line. I used the callback feature and no one called me back. My friend really wanted to go so we took a chance and booked without getting all of our answers. She then got sick and so we needed to postpone. Again had to navigate this poorly designed website. We never received an email confirmation so I had to hunt around and found 'manage booking' I clicked on it and it took me to a blank page. I don't think I would do this again strictly based on the communication and navigation issues.

Plus Size People are not welcome at QC NYC - *Do not got to this QC if you are plus-size". Context: 3 friends fly from DC to celebrate a birthday. After booking these services months ago, waiting 25 mins for a ferry in 30 degree weather, pay over $800 upfront, the birthday girl (me) was told that they did not have any robes for plus size people. Not one. This was on a Friday evening just before the weekend. I am not huge btw I easily fit into a 1 or 2x, Then the Operations Manager, Wilson Henriques proceeded to inform me directly in front of approximately 5-6 other guests and multiple staff, that the larger sized robes where being laundered off-site, no alternative was available, and that I could not be served if I did not have a robe. They have a strict no robe no service policy but no robes for anyone who isn't one size fits all. I had to then go back to the front desk, be stared at by the front desk team (about 6 people) while I was asked for my receipt to be refunded, as if I hadn't just checked in 15 minutes prior. It took them a considerable amount of time to sort out the refund, and I then waited another 20 minutes in the cold for the next ferry back to Manhattan. My experience was humiliating, unnecessary, and I left there angry. They also mentioned being an Italian company as some sort of reason for the incident. Do not go here if you aren't a standard size. BEWARE.
