- Tours are given in English. Follow along guides are offered in Spanish, Italian, German, French, Chinese (simplified) and Portuguese
- Tours sell out quickly during the high season (March-July; Nov-Dec).
- Tour content is subject to change. Access to auditorium seats subject to change based on venue activity.
- Vouchers are redeemed at the tour entrance located on 51st Street between 5th and 6th Avenues (closer to 6th). During the Christmas Spectacular season, the tour entrance moves to the Executive Entrance located on 50th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues (closer to 6th)
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Your voucher will be valid for up to one year from date of purchase
- Your voucher must be exchanged in-person for a timed ticket.

Great tour and tour guide - Interesting tour - highly recommend. We learned quite a bit about the venue. The history was very interesting and nice touch to meet a rockette at end of tour.

Do it!! - Maggie was a fabulous tour guide and we all learned a lot!! Meeting a Rockette was the icing on the cake for my daughter who is a dancer !! It was an awesome experience for all of us!

An absolutely must see in NYC. - Fabulous behind the scenes of this incredible music hall. The architecture, the history, the Rockettes story were all fascinating. Any visit to NYC without this tour is incomplete.

Entertainment history in an Art Deco masterpiece - My dancer friend and I were fortunate to get on the first tour of the day. We had an unusually small group of only seven. Our guide Stephen got to know a little about us and where we were from, so it was quite a personalized tour. Having seen shows here over several decades, I thought the tour was amazing; we toured the backstage areas and even got to meet a Rockette. Highly recommend!

So fun!! - It was so cool to go behind the scenes. Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and kind so that made it more fun! Meeting an actual Rockette was worth it alone!!!

Interesting Tour of Radio City - This was more fun than I thought it would be. The theater didn't have a show set up at the time, so you were able to see everything backstage. Our guide pointed out several things I would have missed, with interesting information about the decor, lights, and building design.

Great for anyone interested in theater. - I was traveling with my grandson who is a theater kid. We loved the auditorium and were able to watch the crew test out the butterfly drones. The backstage areas were also great and so was the film. The highlight might have talking with a rockette. I was a bit disappointed that we didn’t see the stage hydraulics. I suggest better directions on how to redeem the viator voucher for tickets. We could not find an entrance on 51st but as it turned out we only had to go into entrance on 5th avenue and they exchanged them right where the tour starts.

Iconic venue, lackluster tour. - They didn’t have my Viator reservation because they check at 8 am and not after that. The guide was very nice but not engaging and didn’t offer a ton of information. I had to dig for info with a lot of questions. It was less than an hour. Meeting the Rockette was the highlight.
