Very interesting afternoon! - Being spy-profiled on the way through was very interesting. The puzzles and question stations were fun, but the lazer room and lie detection tests were a real highlight

Fun NYC Inside Activity - We had so much fun. We are 55 and took our son and DIL both 26 years old. We all enjoyed the games, exhibits and spy-typing. While we did not do a group spy game, that looked like fun too. This a great 90 min-2 hour activity.

Excellent! - Highly recommend Spyscape to anyone interested in the life of espionage. The museum portion is fun and informative with several interactive stations as you move throughout the exhibits. My kids liked this quite a bit. We also paid extra and did the SpyGames experience. HIGHLY recommend doing this if you have energetic kids. Both of mine loved all the different games and said this was the best part of our 5-day trip to NYC.
The staff was also super helpful and friendly. They helped me with a ticket snafu (totally my fault) and were very patient and accommodating. Excellent all around!

Funny experience! - I found it fun and entertaining, it's not a top 10 of things to do in NY but this is an activity that closes later (10pm) so it's an alternative to have a different time. Eye all the games are in English even though at the start you are asked if you prefer in English or Spanish.

Sympa - Very interesting museum on the history of espionage in the United States and the world. Very interactive museum with different games to know what type of spy you are.

It was okay! - My 9-year-old had been to Spyscape for a friend's birthday party and loved it, so my husband and I brought her again last weekend. We paid for the 50 minute game experience. We all had a ton of fun, but there were a few things Id' keep in mind before going back. First of all, we bought a timed ticket for 5 p.m. on a Friday. I thought that because the tickets were timed, there would be more thoughtful control over the number of people who'd be there, but once you're in, you're able to buy more time, so there were frankly just too many people when we first arrived. As a result, we waited on long lines for games that lasted 2 minutes. The most frustrating part was that a group of kids kept pushing in front of us. Ultimately, after playing only a few games, we felt pushed into buying more time. I feel like there are ways for the company to make money AND let patrons have a good experience. The games are genuinely good for people of all ages, especially as they increase in difficulty. But the lines that weave in front of doors that people open onto you as they exit the game rooms, and the relative chaos that comes with moderately supervised kids, made it such that we (New Yorkers who live close by) probably won't come back OFTEN, which we do for some experiences in our beautiful city. Maybe we'll just have to come back after hours or on a day other than a Friday.

interesting, unique, fun, until I got hurt, but I would still go back if fixed - Bottomline: interesting, unique, fun, until I got hurt, but I would still go back.
Disclaimer: I am writing this, to prevent someone else to get hurt, the place is interesting and fun, and I would go back, but you, the reader, and the management need to know, that there is a safety issue. The recount of the experience and my review: So, I would go back but... I had just given it a 10/10 at the location survey and then I played one more game, the room #1 and got hurt trying to collect points for my team. Since I hurt my head too anyway, even though blocking with shoulder, I can tell that possibly I could have cut and hurt my head badly. As you would see in the photos I uploaded, my shoulder got cut and I got a big bump too (and it got worse that night, but I am better already). The issue with that game is that in the middle of it by round 2 or 3, one of the circles where you have to jump to, moves too close to the exit door and there's an edge that needs to be boldened more and also the circle needs to move further from it, so people do not hit that edge by trying to just enjoy the game and get points. I told this to the location staff, so I am writing this review just in case so this gets taken care of to prevent someone else from getting hurt (specially to prevent a child from getting hurt) and so that therefore Spyscape keeps operating because besides that we had fun, and it is a very interesting spot. I would go back, but I would suggest that the issue gets fixed on game room #1 and for them to check other games too for safety just in case. (see photos I submitted). Thank you for reading. I am just trying to help for a better experience.

Doors locked and no one opened doors for our 10am reservation!! - We turned up at 9.50am for our 10am slot and the doors were locked! We waited along with a full line of people for over half an hour and no one opened the doors. We could see staff inside!! No one answered phones! My boys were so so disappointed! We left as had other plans on our itinerary that day. Very disappointed, still waiting on our refund, no response yet on that either.

Waste of time and money - It was a disappointment. My 9 years old and I have visited the Spyscape. Neither of us was happy as it was far too small and not much to do either
It doesn't worth the money and time spent. Not recommended it at all
