The boat is docked behind the building at Pier 36 and can be accessed by walking round either side of the building. Proceed to slip 4, the dock for the “Majestic Princess” or “Emerald Princess”, where you will check-in.

Beautiful night view - Enjoyed family time while touring on the water only think I will suggest is the food for purchase actually being avail was sold out of mostly everything except for popcorn which was stale

Great way to spend an hour or so - Super trip and with excellent views of New York and Ellis Island from front of boat. Good commentary provided if you could hear it! One recommendation- home on tight to your belongings as you disembark! One poor soul lost their phone in the water!

Awesome! - The overall experience was great. The guide was quite knowledgeable on the history of the area. The cruise was not too long or to short, it was just right. My greatest disappointment was the audio. The audio can be much better, it's not very clear. Apparently the speakers are on the deck, and very difficult to hear from inside the sitting area on the upper deck. I would recommend speakers be installed inside the sitting area of the upper deck as well. Also, when chairs are taken on the outer deck, it takes up to much space, so only a limited amount of people can view from the per deck. There is parking, it is expensive $40 but a uber to and from the pier can cost almost $70 round trip. So it's better to drive if that's the only thing you'll be doing in the city.

beautiful view - I liked that it didn't take that long, 1 1/2 with children is a perfect trip. Maybe I should go a little faster. to my liking and for my children who are not very patient. But if you have more time, will surely like it.

Do not go alone! - The tour operator decided to change the hour of our trip - but forgot to inform us! We went across Manhatten to be in Time for Pick up in pier 36 - the darkest and most uncomfortable place in Manhatten I have been to ever - really unpmesant - Dark, scary with no people or light ! - and all that just to realise that the Pick up was moved to an house earlier!!! Thus we did not go. However it seems as we are getting a refund for our tickets after all - so at least they are fair!

No worthy - We wanted the sunset cruise. We were there way ahead of time because they said be on time. We were to board at 7 ish for a 7:30 cruise. No one was there to represent and at 8:04 we finally boarded and of course missed the sunset. It was very unorganized Some people even left because we waited over an hour with no instructions. Did not even board the assigned ship or was the Moonlight.

Very bad experience, I... - Very bad experience, I showed up on time for the boat ride at 6pm and they informed us that the boat ride at 6pm is canceled and that they will sail at 7:30. I couldn't make it for 7:30 because I had a dinner reservation at that time and asked for a refund, I was told to reach out through the app and request refund. Now they are telling me that I was on a boat at 7:30 pm and that it is absolute lie. Not only that they canceled my ride and ruined surprise for my girlfriend, they are lying that I was on a boat jest because they don't want to give me my money back. They gave us a false reason why we couldn't sail at 6pm, they just didn't have enough people to fill up the boat.
