Statue of Liberty Trip - The experience was exactly what we were looking for. To be able to visit the Statue of Liberty on a boat. It was a cool & beautiful experience. The only thing I would change if I could, would be to implement heaters on the dock of the boat as it was freezing outside especially during the later hours. Also, the free drink is a small cup of water, juice or soda. I thought it would at least a full sized drink.

Great hour on the boat with great views of the statue of liberty! - fun to do with the family without having to line up for hours to visit the statue of liberty. Would only recommend to leave at the planned time

Boat broke - We were happy that in the end we got to see the Statue of Liberty. Our 60 minute tour was almost 2 hours long. On the way out the boat did a U turn, went back to the dock, sat for 15 minutes and then the tour re-started. Apparently there was an issue with the boat, but nothing was communicated with the passengers at any point. Very odd.

The trip was a little disappointing - Seeing the statue was cool, the boat is worn and you feel like Gilligan and them, the tickets says a free drink(no free drink) signs to the leave station are hard to find

The statue was breathtaking unlike the tour. - Seeing the statue was amazing. Price was great. I would not recommend this tour for these reasons: The times of the tour were changed so I had to rearrange my schedule to make it to the boat on time, The boat was worn, grimy, and smelled, the music too loud (except for the music played as we approached the Statue), and the tour guide’s voice was unclear and her words were broken up by a poor PA system.

Could have been better - I feel the experience could have been better. The tour departed later than scheduled. The boat was beautiful on the outside but very dirty, uncomfortable and unorganized.
