Mesmerizing experience! - First time in NYC and the Sunset Cruise was far the best one! I loved how close we were to the Statue of Liberty and how beautiful the skyline was once the sunset! It was mesmerizing! 1000% recommended and a must!

An experience - It's was a nice boat outing...I was pleases 2 mixed drinks 🍸 and 2 bag of chips came to around 44.00 a lil pricey but that's nyc lol...

Be among the first - A nice experience to discover the skyline differently... a nice mini cruise that requires to be present at least an hour before to have the chance to sit outdoors on the boat otherwise the cruise does not have the same interest... a great tour around Manhattan at the time of the golden hour leaves unforgettable memories and photos. Meeting with the old iron lady as majestic as ever

Great experience at night. - Seeing the NY skyline at night was impressive, as was the Statue of Liberty. We had plenty of time to get photos of her. The commentary was a little difficult to follow as landmarks were pointed out, but before you had time to find them, the next information was given. More time to call out landmarks would have been preferable.

they don't clean the windows!!! - the windows were so dirty!!!! they don't clean the windows!!! If they did, we wouldn't have to step outside in the harsh cold and winds.

Visit - NOT an hour as advertised and they make you show up early to check in for no reason. People boarding boat 30 minutes after designated check in time. They keep you docked for awhile so you will buy from their bar. Very pretty views, just not enough seating and too much wasted time.

bad - They canceled our trip and didn’t tell us. They didn’t refund our money either. Very poor service. I wouldn’t take this tour. Seems like they should have at least let us know ahead of time.

Bate ans switch - We paid for a sunset cruise but was rebook foe 4.30 pm, which cost less than a sunset cruise. This felt like a typical bate and switch.

Do not book it’s a ripoff - This was worse thing I did by booing tickets with you. The tour was Miss leading it self it said SUNSET CRUISE but less than 1 hr tour at 4pm NYC does not have sunset that early. There is no scanning system at the boat you get on without tickets and someone like us who paid will be denied to board the boat saying it’s full
