Exceptional Tour! We need a statue for Charlie as well. - Charlie was an excellent guide for our Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty tour. His knowledge of American history made the experience really interesting, and he shared lots of fascinating details about both islands. He's a charismatic guide who knows his stuff - not just about the sites themselves, but also bits of world history (he even knew about Serbian cuisine!). Charlie's friendly personality and thorough knowledge made for a very enjoyable and informative tour. HIGHLY recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Great Tour totaled when in New York - Great tour, and great guide with alot of great information. Would recommend this tour for everyone. I left with a lot of great information that I did not know about the Statue of Liberty.

Great tour, but ferry waits are way too long!! - Our guide Christian was just fantastic - he really was enthusiastic and shared so many interesting facts with us! All 6 of us thought he was the very best!!!
However, the ferry situation was terrible - we waited in VERY long lines - way too long for people on a tour. In fact, most of the tour was spent waiting in long lines!!! The tour was over at 1, but it took us until 3:30 to reach our starting point. Very irritating!!! It should be mentioned in the tour description that you may have to wait up to 2 hours in line!!!

Exelent - The guy who was one our tour guide was a friendly guy and the view was amazing and we loved the Statue of Liberty. And Ellis island was the best

Statue of Liberty Tour - Charlie was great. We loved the tour and he had so much knowledge! He incorporated the kids asking questions and kept things interesting.

Not the best - Best part of the tour is the tour guide! Marla is great! However beware....there is no "VIP Ferry Boarding" we waited in a line along with everyone else and waited for three different ferrys before being able to board. Was supposed to be 2-4 and we didn't board until 3:00 leaving no time to enjoy the Island and Museum, etc. Also, you DO NOT go to Ellis Island on the 2 hour tour.

Good tour despite the tour guide - Magnificent monument, moving place on Ellis island. Very disappointing tour guide who tried to make everything a political statement rather than bringing the history to life

Sad experience - The lines for the ferry were so long that I was at the island for 20 minutes. I did not go to the statue because I was enjoying the museum super fast. Took 2 pictures and left to another long wait for the ferry because in this tour I had to make it at the 911 museum by 4 pm. I did not get off on Ellis island and did not make it to the museum. I am so disappointed and distraught.
