2024 - It was an awesome tour. They started right on time. Staff was friendly and attentive. We had a great experience.

Magnificent experience - Doing this tour at sunset is a fantastic experience because you see the same landscapes but with changing colors. The staff are lovely.

Sunset - Had a great time with friends the crew was nice and helpful, best view of the Statue of Liberty. The sunset was the best time to go

Wow - Amazing views, easy to find, quick boarding, reasonably priced, will definitely do again ! You won’t be disappointed!

Better options available - Location is distant from south ferry building No waiting facilities except in the open No toilet facilities whilst waiting for boat except 2 temp toilets that were a disgrace with no toilet paper Boat was d with limited seating indoors and no seating on top deck

One night - A little sketchy…the audio was off so we were past many of the sights that were pointed out. We didn’t pay much so we didn’t expect much.

Change reservation - I tried calling to change my reservation but got no answer. Was not able to experience the Statue of Liberty. Very sad!!

Poor communication, missed opportunity - We arrived at the venue and they said that the cruise had been cancelled due to a private party, and we couldn’t use our tickets. We didn’t get to go on the cruise.

Statue of Liberty and Night line tour - We arrived 15 mins early as instructed at Pier 36 Slip 3 per email and had a difficult time getting instructions/directions from anyone. It was very dark and the boat was at a different slip and was 30 mins late. When boarding the boat it was dirty including the bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned appeared to be days. The back deck of the boat was overrun with the exhaust fumes of the engine and was so overwhelming so we relocated to the inside of the boat and was unable to see through the windows so tried the front of the boat where it was crowded as well. There was way too many people to be able to get descent views/pics from the front or back along with the mass chaos trying to locate/board the boat, the fumes and unsanitary conditions made for a very unpleasant experience. It has the potential the be a phenomenal experience but sadly we didn’t get to experience it.

Beware! - BEWARE! Left us at the Dock. Boat was at slip 4 not 3 and we came running up at 5:57 for a 6pm cruise and they just threw the bridge on the dock and shrugged their shoulders like too bad. Believe it or not NYC traffic can be unpredictable & we left Times Square an hour prior but you would think they could wait until 6 for a 6pm cruise. Was out the money for the cruise and over $100 to get down there and back.
