Strap on your seat belt and prepare for THE RIDE, the most exciting entertainment experience to hit New York City! This dynamic and interactive part-show, part-city tour will have you amazed by the sights and sounds of New York as you whiz through its streets on a multi-million dollar theatrical bus. THE RIDE is a Broadway-caliber show with New York City at center stage!
THE RIDE Experience is a 60-75 minute interactive bus ride around New York City featuring 2 comedic hosts on board and 5-7 live street performances along our Midtown/Times Square route and lots of fun and laughs. THE RIDE is a unique experience unlike any other you have seen before.
- Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
- Minimum age is 6 years. Children under 6 years of age will NOT be permitted on the bus.
- Food and drink are prohibited on THE RIDE.
- There is no restroom on the bus. Please make sure to use the restroom before boarding. There is no access to a restroom during THE RIDE.
- THE RIDE is not wheelchair accessible and you will need to ascend stairs to enter and exit.
- THE RIDE does not travel at high speeds. However, the bus features side-seating so guests are facing sideways as we travel through New York City, so you can expect some repetitive starting and stopping that may affect some patrons.
- Not recommended for travelers prone to motion sickness.

Amazing Ride - I didn't know what to expect but this was brilliant. So much fun laughing from start to finish . It needs to come to London.

Must do when visiting NYC - Fantastic trip with The Ride team. Scott and Jack were brilliant. This was an add on for my daughter’s 16th birthday and Scott ensured she was made to feel like a star (embarrassed and awkward but a star). I would highly recommend this as a must do when visiting NYC, it is comedic, dramatic and educational. You feel like you are in a show from start to finish.
Hats off to the driver of the bus to, NYC driving definitely needs a cool head and we felt safe and secure the full ride.

A fantastic surprise - We are frequent visitors to NYC and tried The Ride to introduce our 18 year old’s friend to the city on her first day. Despite our NYC experience and attempts to avoid the “touristy” attractions- we loved The Ride. It was the combination of comfort in the bus, information and humor from the guides, and the staged street performances that hooked us.

Worth it - This was a fun experience. We had done the hop on bus, but this was way more of a production. There was air conditioning however, we went on a hot, hot day and it was not quite enough.

Super fun bus tour of NYC - We had a great time on The Ride NYC Bus Tour. This is not a boring bus tour. It is super funny and entertaining. Be prepared to sing! It is also very informative so you do actually learn info about the City.

Fun Activity in NYC - This was a fun experience on our trip to NYC. It's not a standard tour bus at all and the performances and hosts really made this so enjoyable and they were all really talented and passionate about their job.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is it does feel a little pricey.

Bring your teen, a fun break from walking. Super cheesy and not sustainable, but fun. - Cheesy but my ”hard to please” teenager absolutely loved it! Just long enough, entertaining guide (one was, the other a bit tired and seemed to be ready for a new chapter?) performers great fun especially the rapper. It was SO worth it putting in that special mentioning when booking.

Good fun - I was expecting a bit more from the experience. It was a mixture of performance & informative. The people on board the bus had scripted jokes that they delivered quite well. I was expecting there to be more street performances. From memory I can only remember 5 and 1 of them just spoke rather than performed. I used the Go City pass to book tickets. It is an interactive experience so expect to sing & act silly. The kids loved it and it was a fun experience to ride through the streets waving to people. We went in the evening so it was cooler & the bus didn’t feel too hot.

Interest-free / spending your money on such an activity is throwing it out the window 🤦🏻♀️ - Apart from the 2 hosts Jackie and Scottie who are charming, the bus tour has no interest. We see almost no monument and the bus runs in circles for 5-7 blocks. It is by no means worth the price.
