This winter, guests can relax while enjoying a live show set against the Manhattan skyline, with fire artists, stilt walkers, light performers, and more.
Performances are held poolside on Tuesday and Friday evenings from December 15th through March 8th. Shows start at 5 pm and occur every half hour until 8:30 pm.

Ferries operated by the Trust for Governors Island leave daily from the Battery Maritime Building at 10 South Street. When disembarking from the Manhattan ferry at Soissons Landing, walk up the hill and make a right on Andes Road and QC NY Spa will be on your right, before Castle Williams.

Very relaxed stay: If you have time in NY, you should definitely do this - The spa is located on a small island off the southern tip of Manhattan. The outdoor pools offer views of the skyline and One World Center. With the gin and tonic in hand, I felt a bit like “Carrie Bradshaw” in the series “Sex and the City”.
Apart from that:
It is a well-kept complex, with a relaxed atmosphere and even more relaxed guests.
Most of the guests were with me (married) couples. The spa is definitely gay-friendly. The staff was friendly throughout.
Two bath towels (there are probably more for an additional fee), slippers and a bathrobe were provided. These are available in the locker room/closet. The spa has different sizes, which is why even taller/more compact people can cope.
If you have some time left in the evening, you should definitely include the spa in your travel program. Goes well if the evening offer is booked from 17:00.
ATTENTION: The spa requires the presentation of a (passport). So remember to pack your passport.

Italian magic in the most important city in the world - It is absolutely true how the Italian style in an incredible and crazy city like NY, matches perfectly. But it is not obvious, quite the contrary. Here in NYC many things would like to sound Italian. But few really are. QcTerme NY is the triumph of Made in Italy abroad. In the most important city in the world. The location, the view of the NYC skyline, the gardens, the swimming pools, the indoor environments and the spa areas, are attention to detail and are all breathtaking. It feels like living in a movie, in a magical place. And all this is possible only because it is managed and directed by an Italian (company and director). Congratulations, really. NY now also has something unique that it didn’t have before, which adds to the magic of this crazy city. Unforgettable experience

Amazing - This place is AMAZING! Do not believe the negative reviews regarding the spa. I didn't have a massage so I can't speak to that but the staff are incredible and so friendly from start to finish. Incredible facility and clean. The sound pool was my favorite. The views at the outdoor pools are spectacular. Ww went on Friday and it was mostly empty but it was a cloudy day so maybe that's why. I would bring my own skincare and haircare products as theirs were heavily scented and harsh for me.

QC Spa revuew - Although there seems to be many negative reviews posted here, my daughter and I went yesterday and had a wonderful day. We did the 5-hour access pass and the time flew by. There were many different relaxation rooms, saunas, steam rooms and various water therapy rooms. We had lunch and a cocktail - pretty standard NYC prices. The pools were great, especially the underwater music pool and the views of lower Manhattan were superb. All of the staff that we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend...

Freezing SPA - This SPA is very nice but freezing everywhere except the saunas!
Even the massage room was freezing.. which ruined the whole experience! The Bistro ambiance feels like a college cafeteria.. Definitely they could do a better job in making it more cozy and interesting.

Not a relaxing experience - Unfortunately this was far from a relaxing experience. Several drunken bachelorette parties crowding the pool and changing rooms. A couple making out in one of the treatment areas and passively aggressive staff made for unpleasant experiences. Feels much more like a beach bar than what is sold as a high-end spa. Needs a lot of improvement.

Ruined Bachelorette Party - Absolutely horrible experience. I booked my sisters bachelorette party months in advance and booked 5 massages and got day passes. The night before, I received an email at 8 30pm saying that the spa was closed. When I called the spa the customer service was absolutely awful. They said they could rebook me. My guests came from out of town and this was not a viable solution. I ended up having to call several spas to plan something last minute and canceled QC Spa without so much as an apology from them. I am still waiting for a supervisors call… Will never recommend or go to this spa.

Horrible customer service! DO NOT GO! - Beautiful views, nice pools. Very rude massage therapist , lack of customer service with an incident with the therapist. Staff is not friendly at all (with the exception of the front desk folks). Cleary not well trained, employees just walk by ignoring you. We even witnessed a big argument between kitchen employees. Elevator was disgusting, very dirty, so were the wine glasses. The buildings are nicely decorated but lack maintenance, you can see dust everywhere. Currently waiting for a reimbursement for the issue I had with the therapist. No response yet from the customer service and its been a week! Very disappointing experience - better to go to Aire Baths or the Guerlain Spa.

Very poor communication and customer service - We had been so looking forward to trying this. It took forever to navigate the cumbersome site, and not everything was clear. I then called only to receive a recorded message directing me back to the site. I tried to wait to speak to someone but they never came back on the line. I used the callback feature and no one called me back. My friend really wanted to go so we took a chance and booked without getting all of our answers. She then got sick and so we needed to postpone. Again had to navigate this poorly designed website. We never received an email confirmation so I had to hunt around and found 'manage booking' I clicked on it and it took me to a blank page.
I don't think I would do this again strictly based on the communication and navigation issues.
