Very good experience - It was good experience as travel was very smooth and on time. Bus was clean and driver was friendly.

Great day out - Used Citypass to get tickets, arrived at the meeting point a few mins before departure time. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bus was very clean with air conditioning, driver was very good. Woodbury commons is a great place, well worth a visit to escape from the chaos of central Manhattan. Very casual place and great deals in all shops available

Great service with convenience - Very good service and great shopping experience. Was easy to locate the busses from Port Authority and the flexibility of departure at both ends makes it super convenient.

A must do for shopaholics - Third time of visiting but first time via Viator and using the public transport in New York. Friendly bus staff, great quality coach and plenty of pick up times available. The shops are amazing with great deals and more than enough to keep you busy for a day trip. We could have spent longer!

Holiday shopping - There is everything in this outlets that you could ask for give yourself plenty of time to get round

Great place for shopping - Until today, the day I was at the Outlet, I thought it wasn't worth going to that place to shop. But, I was wrong. The outlet has great stores, everything is very organized, there is a great food court, the bus left and returned to the meeting point on time, everything worked perfectly.

Very pleasurable trip. - Reliable bus service but to find the right counter at the Bus Terminal was a bit of a hassle. Once on board, everything was up to speed.

Disappointing - The tickets that we were issued with were not accepted by the bus operator. We had to go back to the ticketing office and have new tickets generated which resulted in us missing the bus. We then had to wait another hour for the next bus. Apparently this is a known issue by Viator

Outlet shopping day - Day did not start well due to the very rude , impatient coach driver … To the point where he actually shouted at a poor passenger who could not understand what he was trying to tell her … There was a stunned silence throughout the coach … Other than that the day went well and it was a welcomed sight to see a different driver for our return journey .:

COACH USA IS AWFUL!!!! - Directions on viator...horrible...customer service from Coach USA horrible....and thank GOD a bus driver who wasn't suppose to be on shift....needed a few more hours so he offered to take us up there with NO HELP from management.... As soon as we get to the bus terminal we are at the wrong one. We get to the right terminal...we go to the 4th floor like requested....and the bus attentendant told us that's not the right ticket...we then have to race to the 1st floor because the 4th floor ticket counter is closed. We get downstairs to the ticket counter and the lady "helping us" was extremely rude and basically telling us we are going to get left as it is 5 min to departure. After they exchange the voucher we race "literally running" back up to the platform and then we get there the bus is gone and us and about 4-5 passengers are left...no customer service representatives or nobody left there. Super unprofessional after my wife let them know....we will be back please hold it for us and it literally took 4 min....super unprofessional...tge man that was suppose to be the supervisor on duty was ultra unprofessional....HOWEVER the bus driver who came and wasn't suppose to be there....who literally didn't have too....took us and the remaining passengers up there. Outlets were very nice!
