Excellent tour! - We recently took the 9/11 tour with Chris, and it was an incredibly moving and informative experience. Chris was an exceptional guide, providing a thoughtful and respectful narrative throughout the tour. The tour was well-organized, and Chris ensured we had ample time to reflect at each stop. Their knowledge and insights added depth and context to the experience. Our guide's passion and respect for the subject matter were evident throughout the tour. The tour was a poignant reminder of the significance of this event in history. I was impressed by the guide's ability to balance information with emotional sensitivity. This tour is a must-do for anyone visiting New York City.

We had a great tour guide... - We had a great tour guide who was passionate sharing the history of 911. Listening to the stories and seeing pics certainly tears at the heart strings. We included the self guided museum tour afterwards (fast tracked through after our guided tour) which I highly recommend.

9/11 walking tour and museum - This was the most humbling and intensively outstanding experiences of my recent trip to New York. My partner and I had Tim M as our walking tour guide. His knowledge, passion and clear sentimentality made it superb. I have no words to describe how insightful this tour was and it feels somewhat rude to say it was amazing. We have watched many documentaries on 9/11, but nothing will ever compare to this tour and being there in person to understand the impact and actions taken to memorialise all this who died. This was what lead us to then visit the museum, which is so sensitively designed and again, very humbling and insightful. Highly recommended.

I love New York!! Thank you - Our tour guide was wonderful. We started at the Starbucks near the World Trade Center. He showed us pictures of before and afters of the the buildings near the World Trade Center. It was really sad but informative. We got to tour the inside of the trade center which was great and still sad. And he gave us a small souvenir which was nice. He was a bit dramatic when he showed the pictures. He was probably loud because he was used to working with big groups. We weren’t that big and the loudness was a bit more like yelling. I think next time it’s probably better to give people little headphones so they can hear better without the yelling. That’s what they do in Greece and Italy- just a tip for your next tours. The guide was really helpful and great. Everything was fine. Very cold and windy so stay warm.

He remembered names, took many photos and conducted his tour with passion and love for his city. I’ve been on many tours domestically and internationally. Chris and this 9/11 tour was by far one of the best
