Amazing day trip - Freezing cold day but what an experience It wasn’t on the top of my list of things to do in New York initially but we had the best day and I’m so glad we did it. Checking was like an airport strip searched and metal detectors but I can understand why they do it. Good few hours spent out on the boat 1st stop to visit the lady and the museum it’s was snowing heavy but still managed to capture her at her best waw what an experience. 2nd stop was Ellis island I never knew the extent and meaning to this island until I entered the stunning grounds, although a lot of sad times it was a chance of a good life for many people, it took a long time to go around this building which certain parts did remind me of an old institution but it was an amazing experiment and gave me good knowledge of the troubles some of these immigrants went through to get a new life that so many people deserved it touched my heart and I’m so glad we are able to visit it.

Perfect tour - Really enjoyed this tour, a must do when in NYC. The statue is breathtaking up close. The tour was well organised without being too rigid and our guide Sean was amazing. He was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. His passion for the history of the statue and Ellis island was clear to see. He brought the history to life and we were so glad he was our guide.

Great but wstch out for the clock - Great trip and great tour guide Jason BUT you must advise people of long waiting line and Security check prior to getting on ferry. For a 9:30am scheduled tour we did not even get on ferry until after 10:30. Caused us and others to miss other events scheduled for later in the am

Great. My 4 grandparents came through in 1900 and I’ve always to see what they saw and experienced when they arrived. - Very informative. Great info provided by Jeff. Learned a lot. Great photos in the museums and displays also added to the experience.

Very good experience and lot of history - This was a very nice tour. Anthony shared so many details about the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, he kept our attention and my young kids' attention as well. Anthony is a very good story teller who made history very relatable to all. Thanks for a great time and great trip.

No need that tour! - Our tour guide was excellent, explained all depth info to us. But if we knew that the tour wpuldn't go to the pedestal of the statue, the we would only take the ferry ticket and read all the info later.......

There is no way to contact the tour guide in the unlikely event that you will be late for the tour. - I have used Viator many times and had a wonderful tour. However, visiting NYC, my tour was a bust as we (2) got off the subway at the wrong stop. Unfortunately, we made contact two ways on Web to tell guide we would be late but never received a response until the NEXT day.

Terrible Experience - I purchased a “2 hour express tour” that began at 10 AM. By 11:30 AM we were passing through security to get on the boat. We waited in line, and in the rain, for 1.5 hours. We were in the same line as people who paid $25 per ticket. I still do not know what set this apart from anyone who paid way less.
