THE RIDE Experience, a 75-minute engaging bus tour around New York City, provides 2 jesting hosts aboard with 5-7 live roadside performances along our route through Midtown/Times Square, packed with heaps of amusement and hilarity. Undeniably, THE RIDE offers a matchless experience youāve never encountered before.
- Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
- Minimum age is 6 years. Children under 6 years of age will NOT be permitted on the bus.
- Food and drink are prohibited on THE RIDE.
- There is no restroom on the bus. Please make sure to use the restroom before boarding. There is no access to a restroom during THE RIDE.
- THE RIDE is not wheelchair accessible and you will need to ascend stairs to enter and exit.
- THE RIDE does not travel at high speeds. However, the bus features side-seating so guests are facing sideways as we travel through New York City, so you can expect some repetitive starting and stopping that may affect some patrons.
- Not recommended for travelers prone to motion sickness.

A great experience..must for all - It was a great experience and out of box thinking,planning,execution and involvement of all. Was geat fun and and wish woild have been longer tham 75 minutes. Congtrats to the entire RIDE team for such a great experience.... Must of all visiting NY...

FUN! - Just plain fun. The Ride was comfortable - even for my 2 6ft+ guys, with excellent views for all. It's corny humor, but an LOL experience for our first night in NYC. We loved waving to folks on the street.

Fun and informative - The bus is conveniently located on 8th Ave and 42nd. There is no bad seat on the bus. Tour guides are energetic and hilarious. Can't wait to do it at night.

Average - Watched the promotional video on YouTube prior to getting to NYC, looked really good in reality but if a let down.
The street performers you pass on the trip are quite good, the funniest part was when some random guy started joining in on one of them š. I donāt think it helped that on the day we went lots of roads had been shut due to an event, and the traffic was horrendous which slowed the tour to a crawl. The two on board staff were clearly running out of things to say and started repeating themselves. All in all not bad and maybe better on a less tragic day but having now been to NYC I doubt there ever is a day like that. Just slightly disappointed with the RIDE

Not extraordinary but nice - a little too "American" for my taste: lots of shouting, applause requested in every street. Despite everything, we saw some very nice shows. You need a good level of English to understand the jokes of the entertainers on the bus, but you can also ignore them. It's not an essential attraction but why not?

Didnāt even come for us - If youāre going to use them then my advice is to 100% double check they will actually be running that day.
We booked in 2023 for our day with them in May 2024 and they were:
1. quick enough to take the money
2. send the tickets
3. send a reminder
4. send another reminder 24hrs before we even due to ride reminding us not to be late
and then guess whatā¦ā¦.. NO SHOW ON THE DAY!!!!
We were at the pick up point on time and in fact 20mins early
Rang them up and they said they donāt run an 11am Ride on Thursdays and then claimed they couldnāt find our booking
Cue me thinking weāve been ripped off on a bogus site!!!!! Only after I sent the 24hr reminder email back to them did they find it. This then triggers three days of initially having no idea how I had tickets for a Ride that didnāt exist to then finally having an āanswerā and squarely blaming their web hosts for loading some ātestā dates that somehow, against all odds l, I had been allowed to book (truthfully me thinks they cancelled my particular Ride due to
They all play the āweāre a small business, please donāt blame usā card when challenged, well guess what??? so am I and I save hard to go on events such as theirs which they then badly let me down

Kid policy - Kid age for this is 6 years though the ride itself is told family friendly
Not they refund for ticket of child and parent not specify it at time of buying of child age.

Worthless - What a crappy bus rideā¦.
If you paid $80 for this, you're in bad shape.
For us it was in the New York pass, but we thought it was a waste of time.
