What You Will Do

After baking, the class will divide and take home the bounty of baguettes, chocolate & cheese rolls and dried fruit & nut breads made in-class.

  • We’ll provide you with an apron and a hat. You are welcome to bring your own hat if you prefer.

Additional Information
  • Because this class is in a professional bakery, we ask you to observe some general clothing rules: no sleeveless shirts, short pants, open-toed shoes, or sandals. You’ll be on your feet for three hours, so we recommend wearing comfortable, sturdy shoes.

Chef Dawn was a terrific host to the group of bakers, making everyone feel comfortable. She was a very informative, knowledgeable chef who shared that knowledge with us in a way that made learning fun. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who is interested in learning how to bake bread.
