• Aoraki Mount Cook National Park (Te Wahipounamu) - Departing from Mt Cook Village, weather permitting, there will be opportunities to capture stunning images of the mountain. Standing at 3,724 meters, Aoraki/Mt Cook is New Zealand’s tallest peak, yet it can be admired without any need for acclimatization from the village, which is just 750 meters above sea level.
• Lake Pukaki - As we travel along one of the world’s most scenic roads, Lake Pukaki will gradually come into view. This lake is renowned for its striking blue color and is beautifully set against the backdrop of Aoraki/Mt Cook and the Southern Alps. Expect to capture breathtaking photos and be amazed by the scenery. It’s easy to see why many scenes from the Lord of the Rings were filmed nearby.
• Lake Tekapo - Welcome to the stunning Tekapo! Known globally for its pristine beauty, this turquoise blue lake is a sight to behold. Although our time here is brief, it is sufficient to capture Instagram-worthy photos, explore the Church of the Good Shepherd, and see the Mackenzie dog before we begin our journey to Christchurch.
• Christchurch - Unfortunately, our journey concludes as we arrive in the lively city of Christchurch, the Garden City! We will drop you off at a central hotel or designated drop-off point, hoping you enjoy your stay here.
