- 56 North - Come and learn how we make South Loch Gin! Our gin stills are stunning and are the prefect way to learn how gin is made.
We welcome you with a gin and tonic. While you enjoy your G&T we talk you through the process of making gin from botanical to bottle!
You then get to try three gins made on our stills paired with premium mixers. At the end of the session you get a gin cocktail topped with bubbly to enjoy. At the end of the session you get a gin cocktail to enjoy!

Let them drink gin! - James was an engaging and fun guide. He explained how gin is made and provided great details about the distillation process and how his company’s grown over the past several years. We really enjoyed the 2 hours and would highly recommend the tour whether you’re with friends or family.

Amazing and tasty gin and cheese tastinfg - We did the 8 gin and cheese tasting private tour with James, as part of a hen do. We had a fantastic time. James was fun, professional and knowledgeable and the gins and cheeses were fantastic. We all had such a great time and have all said we would recommend to others and would love to come back again.

How gin is made and samples. - It was a fun experience, guy doing the talking made it fun to listen to the process of making gin, along with getting to taste different gins. Definitely recommended

Passionate about Gin - The tour was amazing! James provided an excellent overview of their different gins and his passion for his work and life was impressive! You also sample the different gins they make. My wife and I highly recommend the tour!

Gin Tasting session with James! - I had a fantastic time with James guiding us through a series of gin tastings. My favorite was the Black Raspberry flavor – it had such a kick and was definitely a showstopper! He also posed a great deal of knowledge about the demographics of a lot of the components utilized in the gun making process. Highly recommend!

A must do even if you aren't a gin lover - Lots of fun and lots of information. Not to mention good gin! The tour is done by the owner of the distillery, and he was funny and engaging! Highly recommend.
