Do NOT miss this!! - This fabulous show is not to be missed. It is more a sharing of country pride, traditional heartfelt songs, and delicious Scottish food than a mere performance. It was an evening of pure joy, enhanced by true love for performance by Philip Henderson and his talented musicians and dancers. I can only say THANK YOU for sharing with us your pride in your country and your love of entertaining all travelers.

A night to remember - This show just gets better and better. Definitely moved up a gear this year with the new stage and revamped set. A brilliant cast of Scottish story tellers and as always the dancers are amazing! Well done to the managers Phil and Kirsty 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🎻💃🏻🎵

What a wonderful way to spend the evening - What a WONDERFUL evening full of amazing entertainment. I cannot say enough about this show. I really, really enjoyed it. The only negative was the way the tables were set. The stage was along the front of the room but the tables were very long and we were seated at the opposite end from the stage. I had to stand in order to see the dancer's feet! There was song and dance and comedy. I just ..... I'm going to repeat myself because I loved it so much. Boy - it was great entertainment. I was thrilled to go! I am not a foodie so choosing something from the small menu was difficult for me, but I had a very tasty stew dish.

Traditional Scottish food and upbeat show - Last week I went to see the spirit of Scotland show.. the show was really upbeat .. great musicians, singers and dancers entertaining you for around an hour and a half ...the audience were really enjoying themselves.. I highly recommend this show to anyone visiting Scotland.. the cast certainly looked like they absolutely love performing the show.. the show was traditional with a modern twist which my friends thoroughly enjoyed

An Edinburgh must - While travelling with Cosmos and staying in Edinburgh this Spirit of Scotland Show was one of our excursions with the tour company that our small group elected to take in. Glad we did. The evening was a little pricey but how often are you in Scotland and have the choice to enjoy a really good dinner and show like what was offered. Dinner was good, entertainment was really good and the warm and inviting atmosphere was excellent. All very very Scottish. The venue was full and busy so the staff had their hands full. If you want a beer or mixed drink walk to the bar yourself. The whole place which was full and loud with people enjoying themselves and once the night was finished everyone seemed to be very happy as they were leaving. Most with a good meal and a drink or two in their bellies. I read some of the outrageous poor reviews about this Spirit of Scotland show and all I can say is 'ignore them, there is misereable people everywhere". Enjoy.

Great Experience - The music was great and so was the dancing. I am not fond of Scottish food so that is the only reason it’s not 5 stars.

It must be improved - They are truly artists, and good ones, and they make the effort to keep the evening enjoyable. NOTHING about setting or scenery, the place in no way promotes the spirit of Scotland, it is a faculty room with white walls! nothing allusive to the Scottish night that we intended to experience. It is a local show, in the group there were people who did not understand any of the story or inside jokes that they told only in English. In the group there were people from America and Spain, not even a welcome in their language. I repeat, everyone was really talented, there was a lack of setting and international dialogue or at least something that could be visually understood if you don't speak English. The appropriate food. There is no relationship between price and spectacle.

Good and Bad - Excellent Show and much improved when I took a group of French Canadians in May 2023 and The food was very good. They were doing a promotional video that evening. However went again with a group of Italians beginning August 2023. What a difference. Poor food. Show presenter not the same standard as in May. Awful acoustics. Musicians not the same standard as before although the Piper was good as always. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money.

The venue was cramped - The show sounded really good and the artists worked hard. My husband And I arrived in plenty of time to be told that seats were reserved for us. The large groups were seated first, when we eventually went in we were seated at a long table at the side of the stage this was behind the first long table we faced the wall ! The waiting on staff had to get up and down the two rows of tables to serve food and drink we could not turn our chairs to watch the show. The venue was very cramped and it ruined the evening.
