Amazing Bachelorette Cruise! - Thank you for an amazing charter! Captain Jeremy was fantastic. The boat was unbelievable - clean, spacious, and overall perfect.

Wonderful experience. Would definitely do it again - The most memorable part of this experience was spending some time alone with my loved one for his birthday, relaxing on the calming waters. Our lives are so busy. Being on the water was so relaxing and seeing all the beautiful beachfront housing was truly something!

Disappointing Boat Trip - was very disappointed with this booking. To begin, I was told we could arrive 15-20 minutes early to load all the birthday stuff so it didn’t cut into our time to Emerald Bay. When we arrived 15 minutes prior, the captain told us he wasn’t paid enough to let us on early. Three of us heard that, and it was pretty shocking. He was still cleaning the boat when we arrived 15 minutes prior. I would also like to note that the boat was not cleaned as it should be as the bathroom smelt like a porta potty, and the downstairs had a very musty smell. I also feel the pictures were very deceiving as they are way nicer than in person. To top it off, we were told due to poor weather conditions, we could not go out into the ocean as planned. There should be a warning before departure, and an offer to reschedule should have been on the table. The captain also loudly discussed my need to pay him for the 7th person who showed up and kept mentioning it as it was in front of my guest when it should have been dealt with in private. I paid $75 extra an hour for the one extra guest and tipped him at the end, although he wanted to deal with it before departure. Finances should be dealt with privately by the guest who booked. While the captain relaxed during the actual cruise around the bay, he started getting stressed again right before arrival at the dock, telling us to hurry and pack and clean up as he had a 5 pm cruise and we would need to leave fast upon arrival. The presentation of that could have been better. It also cut into our boat time trying to sign papers and deal with this during our time rather than ahead of time or at the end of the trip. Perhaps not book another charter the moment one party is departing. Since we couldn’t load before 2 pm, this cut into our time, and we had time cut on the way back as we were also hurried off. Despite the experience, I still tipped the captain. However, I would have tipped double if I didn’t feel an inconvenience and burden. This is not the top-notch service I was looking forward to, and I would have paid more for a better experience. I think the most frustrating part was not getting to go where we planned and not being warned ahead of time. As for the captain, he is probably a great guy and captain, but he seemed stressed. I don’t blame him. Perhaps he needs better pay and more time between cruises for a better experience. When I called to go over all these disappointments, they only offered a $100 credit, which barely covered my tip alone. I cannot recommend Baywatch charters. There are other local companies I’ve used that were more professional and welcoming.

A total bust - This was a total bust. The “captain “ was a young woman who had no plan for showing the marina, who only talked about herself, who told us nothing about the marina and who had mechanical problems in handling the boat. It was a total waist of time and money.
