We’ll kick off with an introduction to coffee, offering both familiar and fresh insights about these divine beans, followed by in-depth information on roasting, brewing, and fascinating stories. You’ll then get hands-on experience making 5 delightful Vietnamese coffees, including Egg coffee, Coconut coffee, Salt coffee, Orange coffee, and our House coffee. Enjoy your creations with some snacks and engage in conversations with our instructors about coffee, local culture, and society.
